2003 T-Mac in 2023 (Offense Only)
Where would 2003 Tracy McGrady rank on offense in 2023?

Top 2. It would be Jokic and/or him.
32.1ppg in a 95.1ppg league (98.5 Orlando) is equivalent to 38.6ppg in a 114.4ppg league today. He did it with 6.5r/5.5a efficiently and effortlessly at a low 2.6tov rate.

He would absolutely dominate. He shot 39% from 3 back then and it would likely be closer to 42+.
He'd be a more athletic Durant with a better floor game. I agree with the above, only Jokic and a healthy Curry have a case imo.

You seriously don't see any case for Giannis over peak McGrady?

Question is about offense only. I'd agree, peak McGrady would be up there offensively, although not sure I'd so clearly take him over Luka or Durant. In fact, I probably wouldn't.
Don't really see the rationale for giving him imaginary bonus points on his 3pt shooting though. Teams defend the 3 better now anyway, and McGrady wasn't a catch and shoot player really, he took a lot of difficult, contested shots. That wouldn't really change now.

Stupid me, I completely missed "offense only" part...

Behind Jokic, and Curry when healthy, probably about equal with Luka more or less.

Why?
6 3PA/g and 40%+ 3P in 60+ GP has been done only so many times in league history (73), and only 14 of them were as relatively weak from the line as McGrady (aka sub-80% FT shooters). You change it to 42%, and there are only 28 player-seasons, 3 of which are Klay and 6 of which are Steph. 7 of them came before 2010, and 3 of those came with the pulled-in 3pt line.
McGrady was taking a lot of uncontested above-break 3s early in the clock that year, so it's not like he was going to be considerably less-guarded in today's league by comparison on that 3pt volume.
McGrady wasn't that level of shooter. He had a great year, an outlier year by his own standards for sure, but there's no real reason to project him shooting that much better.

He would average 10 assists, score less on a per possession basis and be a 2way beast come playoffs

McGrady is nowhere near the shooter that Durant is... I think Durant is just the better, more efficient scorer as well, though McGrady was great that particular year,. Where McGrady is a bit better than Durant is as a ball-dominant point forward, but I think if you are building a contender you'd much rather have Durant's off ball game, as it is going to pair better with other superstars.

Little better than current SGA I reckon. I don't think he's really that elite of a shooter but he's better than current SGA and probably would score on a bit more volume as a result.
Imagine he'd probably have similar stats to Lebron actually.
