And I'm sure they all do whatever's necessary to keep their bodies in peak condition but something nagging always happens. This is why as elite a prospect as Wembanyama is I'm sure that has to be in the back of every lottery team's mind.

Wait, I thought the normal concern is for people 6'10" and up who aren't slight because of all the strain you're putting on the ligaments running and jumping.

Your concern is for people in an age where any form of contact has been banned for at least 5 years now is the slight guys?

Or is it in general just for anyone who is 6'10" and above. Both slight and bulky guys?

Durant is made of glass at this point.

He missed half the season almost his entire time with the Nets. Its a big reason I said to just trade him. Hes not reliable anymore health wise.

No way can the Suns contend without getting any time for their team to play together. Next year we will see. CP3 is falling off big time and they have no other assets.

Durant's career may just be a bunch of what ifs.

I've finished games and practices after a roll. Next day I'm in Urgent Care getting a boot and Vicodin because the thing's the size of a volleyball and I'm supposed to be shelved for three months.

Why are you connecting the two? you think its karma?
Booker, just like everyone else, is allowed to trash talk. The NBA is better with players talking it up.

Because he's acting like kids hiding behind their older brother.

Except he's trash talked his entire career when his teams were winning 20 games a season. Just say you don't like him but don't invent false narratives like a casual.

Who is more injury prone? Curry or Durant? They seem to always miss at least 30% of season.

I'm assuming they wanted to build chemistry (especially defensively) and work on some lineups and adjustments with him during the season, but of course better ready for playoffs than not.

If they win the title, it's going to have the biggest mercenary vibe ever with all of the circumstances of when he was traded and how much of the regular season he missed.

Yea, if he was healthy, okay, you can work on a lot in two months. But three games together then jump into the playoffs, okay, good luck.

Somewhere out there, RealGM poster YamaChan has had a welfare check placed on him after hearing his news.

Yeah, stupid punk got totally exposed. Just 44 points on 17/23 shooting in 27:30 minutes. What a loser!

The floor must have been wet or slippery because I've never seen anybody roll their ankle when they were doing a light jog. Then again I've never seen anybody injured in warm ups before either.

Regardless this is actually great news for Phoenix because he'll be healthy and rested for the playoffs.

The correct label is "Biggest KD fan on the planet" YamaChan, and yes, I've been in a deep depression since the ankle twist.

This man would be working on his 5th ring right now if not for these stupid freaking injuries.

LeBron fans especially should be grateful the injury gods took action against KD

Yeah, Booker has it stuck on automatic right now. He is in some serious groove and is basically the sole reason why players like Josh Okogie, Terrance Ross, Torrey Craig, and even Chris Paul are left wide open for shots.

Although I love to point out his postseason against Dallas, I don't want to divert too much off topic.

Its always sad to see a guy injured, especially someone as good as KD.. This is gonna hurt the Suns title chances even if he comes back before the postseason, at the Suns will likely drop games and fall into the mix again of contending for playoff position.
