Feels like a L to me but it's winnable given how bad the pels have been lately

Pels need to step up and win. Followed by Boston and the Clippers — get ‘er done.
Play hard Blazers! but the bigger picture needs the loss.

There is no team in the West — especially with Durant out — that is a dominating, excellent team this year. It’s a great opportunity for a lower seed to get healthy and get hot for an extended run … it’s also about getting pick #6 or #7 heading into the lottery.

Need as many stealth tank losses as possible.

It might be the only way to build a team next season that Dame could lead to the playoffs. Victor
would solve most of Portland's size problems

Even a 4 pick is phenomenal to have in this draft. But is our management blind enough to package that nice building block away for win now? Because we aren't winning a title with this bunch unless its a super unlikely scenario where we get 2 stars imo.

I am hoping this game is an amazing wakeup call to management about the rest of this season. We are down 25 points without Dame, but to a team without Ingram or Zion. That's not great. That is not a team that's going to do well in the post-season.

Let's take the lump, let's get a high pick. If it's not Wemby, let's try to translate that into a massive trade for a legit superstar to pair with Dame for these last few years.

It's so senseless from a future perspective to try to push into the playin with this group as we are playing right now.

Did he get injured? I'm not watching the game, but just checked the box score and noticed he's only played 3:39 in a 30-point blow out. Unless he's injured, that makes no sense. He should be playing 36 minutes in a game like this.

He's played 8 now. But two shots and eight minutes in a game where we're down thirty IN THE THIRD is ridiculous. Infuriating.

Just saw he checkef back in. 6 points on 2-2 shooting in 6:42.

Never mind the 16 blown double digit defeats and 4th quarter ineptitude, Chauncey should be fired immediately for not playing our prized lottery pick big minutes in a meaningless late season 30-point blow out.

This is EXACTLY the kind of game you use to get your future star some significant game time. **** Chauncey!!!

Where's Jabari? I think he should be getting rotation minutes anyway, but especially in a game like this.

Exactly. Instead we are playing one year rentals. His rotation feels like a middle finger to shae at this point

I don't want to trade our pick for a star, we aren't that close to a title so it'd be a wasted asset imo. Dame needs to be dealt and if this management has as much g of a clue as any other 29 teams in the league including well run teams and also the very poorly run ones they'd move on in the off season even if it's a lesser return to return Dame the favor of being loyal here. I think we have to do Dame right he's given us so much but we do need to move on unequivocally even if no one in our front office seems able to face that obvious truth
