Just to insert this...

Jameer Nelson Jr. to enter trasnfer portal from Delewar.

I feel so old.... how time flies... also, what say we sign him to our GL team if he ever wants to enter the draft.

Given how good Walker Kessler has been, I am surprised Zach Edey is mocked so low. The dude can ball!

NBAdraft.net has Orlando drafting Marcus Sasser with its SRP. He looks to me like a prototype spark plug off of the bench. Could be a nice player in the NBA,

The Magic had him in Orlando for draft workouts before the last draft

Miller is kind of an old true freshman isn't he?

Lots of buzz now that Miller is competing with Scoot for pick #2. Really hope we get a top 3 so we get one of these three.

Scoot's stock seems to be dropping pretty quick...

I see my early push for Edey is finally paying dividends around here

I like your top 10
Interesting Hendricks and Hawkins in the top 10
I like both players

Wallace seems to be pretty underrated in draft circles.
Plays under control, defense + 3pt shooting

Yeah, a few screwballs in there. GG is raw and makes mistakes, but I just love the fluidity to his game and his natural bball skills, form, shooting and very good handle. He's the youngest here and I bet if he was 2 years older like Miller, he would definitely have a chance to be at his level or better.

I don't love the Thompson twins. LOL I typed them as Jackson. But it might be scary to pass on them too.

If Scoot could shoot, I'd be a bigger fan. Maybe he can get there, but do I wanna wait 2-3 years for that? Probably not. I'll take the guys that I listed ahead of him. Thompson twins have the same shooting woes but they have better size and defensive potential.

Howard has a quick trigger and versatile offensive game. Not as limited as our guy, Caleb Houstan.

Hawkins is someone that reminds me of the old school UCONN guards Ray Allen, Rip Hamilton type. His quick release and shooting confidence is attractive. Boy can rise up above the rim too.

Henricks would be higher if we had a starting spot open for him. I just don't see it. He doesn't have the handle of a GG Jackson or Brandon Miller, even though those guys are 6'8/6'9 too.

Wallace would be a nice guy to get. Like his potential more than Cole. UK guys tend to transition well in the NBA.

Edey as our 2nd rounder is an easy follow. Anyone thinking more more than that would definitely deserve some type of attention, but I don't think anyone is thinking that we'd be using the CHI pick on him.

Perhaps a trade of the Bulls pick for a late teens/early 20s pick plus a good asset makes sense to overreach on Edey. Something like Moses Moody and the GSW pick for the Bulls pick.

Going into the tourney? When guys like George , NSJ and the like can still jump high?

Then again Scoot shut it down just in time becahse his 3pt percentage was really going down..

Also, this is based on pure basketball play and not including outside factors like Millers soon to be lawsuits and the like

With that said..

1. Web - nuff said
2. Scoot - he shut it down just in time
3. Miller - he is good, score anywhere
4. Walker - leading the arguably best team in the ncaa
5. Amen - someone is gonna gamble on potential
6. NSJ - he really is peaking at the right time
7. Brice - physical profile of Bridges with shooting
8. George - someone needs an all around scoring SG
9. Ausar - same with the bro. Potential
10. Black - poor man's Cade/Luka profile

Yup. Thats gonna factor in a lot of GMs. Like someone compared him to Jabari... but he is 2 years older at this time no?

Return to Orlando Magic
