Currently the Nuggets are minus 10 in Jokic minutes during this 4 game losing streak. Nothing false about that narrative.

What does that have to do with Jokic and stat padding? Which has nothing to do with the current losing streak. You could have said lack of defensive effort then yes no problem. But your angle you took is really pathetic.

He over passes. And when he does casuals think he's stat padding. He needs a bit more of a scorers mentality. It'll show up in the playoffs but their defense will be a big issue then.

That's not what your tweet said. You knew what you posted, I think you back tracking on your pathetic attempt in that post is even more pathetic now that you are trying to back track it.

Sure it’s the same number of games but it’s easier to stay fresh when you have a week off 3-4 times a year like Giannis has this year. The fact that his team doesn’t miss a beat when he sits allows him that benefit.

He had a 9 day stretch in November only playing one game

11 days off in January

A nearly two week stretch in February where he combined for 14 minutes in two games

A week off in March.

Maybe this is the future of load management?

Maybe now they don’t miss a beat or close to it that wasn’t the case earlier in the season. Giannis was actually hurt with his knee and they went on a losing streak since his return they have gone on this winning streak going 20-2 to pass everyone. And Giannis recovers fast I thought he would miss more with the hand injury

Wait wasn’t the point of Embiid winning it last year over Jokic because of standings & not their respective records ?

Haha yes. Everyone brings up the 6 seed even though Jokic was only 3 games back of Embiid

If calling out your pathetic attempts at discrediting Jokic is sensitive then so be it. It is sad. Just enjoy the big man we have in the game today. No need to push narratives that are obviously false.

Giannis is the real MVP. If I was starting team I'd take him over Jokic or Embiid. Jokic is not even close to Giannis as a defender, gets blown by all the time. That game against the Raptors was just embarrassing.

How much is Denver's record really worth?

West is terrible.

But defense is not a weakness of Jokic. His only flaws is his teammates. He is a historically good defender.
