Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Lebron is far and away the best peak here, but I don’t like the fit with Dwight one bit. It’s not Lebron’s fault, I just feel like Dwight would be disgruntled or something with the amount of shots he would be getting. And it just sort of feels like a personality clash there.

LeBron has easily the best peak, but I feel Dwight has easily the worst.

Not sure if they're a great fit together.

So I'd pick Curry/Giannis. If it was LeBron/AD, I'd pick LeBron/AD.

Disagree with the Lebron/Dwight fit being bad. We saw a much diminished version of Dwight fit pretty seamlessly with Lebron en route to a Top-3 defense in 2020. I don't think spacing would be the issue. It's just that even peak version of Dwight is far and away the worst player in this comparison. Curry/Giannis is just an unstoppable pairing.

longetvity aside, curry-giannis is arguably the best possible all-time duo ever. Picking them if we're going peak/prime at least

That version of Dwight was a low minute bench player. I think it’s far from a given that prime Dwight who will be demanding 20+ touches per game will fit seamlessly with Lebron.

While Lebron is the best player in here the fit of Giannis Curry on same team overcomes any advantages that Dwight brings for Lebron. These complement so well eachother that it would reduce Dwight impact by a lot in my opinion. Offensively those two are so good together that i believe it would be very hard for Lebron to overcome.
