The Wizards have been really bad since late February. From February 24th onward, they rank 23rd in offense and 22nd in defense. Ignore the blowout win against Detroit's G-League team, and they rank 25th on offense and 24th on defense.

Their net rating (excluding the Detroit game) ranks 26th, which, as Zach Lowe says, is last.

I wonder where the Wizards rank in road attendance? The team has been marketed as “almost good” for 40 years, but that seems to read as “never any good” outside DC. A capacity crowd was announced for last nights game, which is probably tickets “sold” rather than fans in seats.

Someone posted an article earlier. We're bottom 3 in overall attendence, dont remember the details.

“The Wizards are coming to town” doesn’t generate a lot of excitement.
