He has something in his game that will make him tough to guard if he puts it together. I don’t see any eye popping athleticism or burst, but he seems crafty. He almost has a little Ginobli in him. I won’t go as far as to make that comparison, but they both never seemed like the most gifted guy but could get the job done.

They won because Musselman kept Smith Jr out of the game as much as possible.

They ignored Dick in the second half. Not sure why they put him in the corner where can't get the ball to shoot, he can't rebound AND he can't be part of the play.
I wanted to see how Nick Smith would respond coming back in and he played really good D. Glad he didn't sulk because his offense was so bad.

Speak on your own behalf and not on the behalf of others. I keep the subject of my posts related to basketball and player evaluation. If you're offended because I call a player you happen to like bad, that's on you. You've already made personal attacks multiple times.
There’s zero personal attacks in anything I’m saying to you. You feel the need to trash on 18 and 19 year old kids on a daily basis, so don’t throw bricks. This is my last response to you because to be completely honest you’re wasting my time, but you need to relax. I know mods have talked to you in the past about it. Not everything is negative, and you’re not the only one entitled to your opinion. Just because you don’t quote someone doesn’t mean you aren’t trashing their opinion. Don’t act innocent when you’re not. As I said before, you’re clearly someone who’s been here on a different account before so I’d tread lightly.

Gradey’s next step is the NBA. Kansas wanted to feed Jalen Wilson all year. It was a mistake. No repeat incoming. Arkansas living up to preseason expectations. Anthony Black and Ricky Council are the truth! Jordan Walsh is an A1 defender. He might be able to carve out an Andre Roberson style role in the league. Quality roster overall outside of NSJ.

I post as much positive commentary on players as I do negative commentary. It's part of being critical and part of "2023 Draft Prospect Discussion". Nowhere have I ever claimed that I am the only one entitled to an opinion and just because I criticize or praise certain players that a given individual poster likes or dislikes does not mean that I am "trashing their opinion". I've never been on realgm on another account and yet you continue this ridiculous narrative and think it's acceptable. This post is abusive in multiple ways, please stop.

I think people have to remember Smith Jr shouldn't have come back. He's still hurt, he wanted to show heart but it hurt his draft stock. I watched him walking today, he has a slight limp. It doesn't matter, I know I can't convince this board he's actually a good player when healthy so I'll let it go.

That’s an excellent point in my opinion. Getting to your spot is such an underrated skill.

He was getting Giddey-esque hype early on. I hope he transfers to a program with some more attention and ideally some quality players around him.

it really is. People get caught up in athleticism and sexiness and that's great cuz its an advantage but when you have a know how type of player with purpose, that's usually pretty good and can stay on an nba court

It'll be interesting to see how hard he can carry Indiana. I don't like them as a team mainly because of the guard play so I convinced myself they beat Kent St. but I have them losing to MiamiFL tomorrow. I think Norchad Omier helps contain TJD a bit and Miami's guards outplay Indiana's but if TJD just pops off and screws my whole prediction I wouldn't be surprised. I just don't know how long the guy can solo carry a team, most nights he doesn't get enough help.
