You were here when we had Waiters, James Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Hassan Whiteside, and Dragic. You really think this team is worse? It's not.

It honestly is when you look at it in the big picture. At least Waiter, James, Tyler Whiteside and Dragic gave it 100% every night. Sure they might not have the talent buy they gave it 100%.

Then you look at our team, sure we have more talent but we are bipolar and emo being led by Butler who for a good part of the season is "hurt", then when he's healthy has a major "effort" issue. When you combine both of those factors we are looking at someone putting effort around 50% of the season tops, the team follows its "Leaders" and what's why we are worse. Thats why this team, this version, this level of leadership is disgusting to watch. We are capable of so much more but we dont care and it clearly shows . Thats why this team is worse.

I wrote a long response but then decided your observation only merits a stupid gif.

I agree with Flash4thewin. It's much easier to root for an under-talented team that plays hard (although that one only played hard 1/2 the season), than it is to root or care about a more talented team with effort than comes and goes both individually and collectively. This mess is hard to care about.
