Have you ever been to Manila? Check this court out

No, not this court.

There's a legendary basketball court in Manila (Philippines), called "Tenement", which is simply amazing.

It has changed its design throughout the years, honoring many basketball legends.

Without further ado, here's what you've been looking for:

I have seen this court, posted, not live sadly. I am Gilas team hater myself, but I admire the passion for the game.

Are you able to play on it at some point or is the paint always drying?

The amount of people Kobe touched outside of the US makes me happy. RIP Black Mamba.

Having been there and to the Philippines several times, Kobe is insanely popular there. And their locals in general just love basketball. I've visited many countries and imo the Philippines has the most passionate basketball fans.

There was a feature on ESPN about this after Kobe died highlighting the mural of him and GiGi. Jordan Clarkson narrated it. Amazing court and story.

My last visit was 2012. I haven't been there.

It look like it's about an hour and a half to get there from where I stayed at.

Looks quite cool, but are they trying to impregnate the free throw line? I don't quite get what's going on there.

It’s okay. Not that cool. Surrounded by some old looking buildings probably not good playing conditions. Prefer a regular indoor court.

When you go there, please tell them Pharmcat is awaiting for his court design & homage.

I don't know... as far as I know, free throw lines can't have kids.

That is so cool. It's like a post-apocalyptic basketball arena.
