I think Vassell is much more versatile than Middleton offensively. Middleton is just a shooter where Vassell has proven he can score in a lot of different ways.

Collins gets out-positioned for space by a smaller player who he couldn't seal. We bad bounce pass TO, a ball that doesn't find it's target from Malaki. It was too low for Collins and too out wide. When your big has a smaller player, make a pass OVER him.

I've watched a lot more of Khris since he was on Team USA and of course in the POs before that. When Giannis was out, Khris stepped up with a bigger O role. He's clutch. But he's older and slowed by the injury.

I'll be thrilled if Devin becomes a reliable three-level O threat with more O skills and the same defensive impact. He still has games with too much efficiency/inefficiency variance, like tonight. I just like the two-way, three-level play that can impact the team in a lot of different ways.

I liked that Sochan right side drive earlier. He's 5-6 in the paint now.

Diop is such a funky player. Like he's reliably good for those dribble TOs (bend your knees!) and then he's reliable good for making crafty shots and getting to the FT line.

Devin pull up 3. Nice dribble, space, release. Finally rattles in. It's no longer just from passes now. Nice.

Diop with the pretty but far too exposed mid-air pose that got blocked from behind.

Diop too passive, man. You have the smaller player on you, work your way into the paint, then TURN YOUR BACK to the basket to pass out.

Ok we want the young guys shooting (Blake missed the 3) but Diop had the better chance. Take it!

Our young rookie guards tend to pick up their dribbles too early in anticipation of where team mates will be then they get sealed up making the intended pass all the harder.

You can tell Middleton isn't the same player he was before the injuries. What impresses me about Vassell is that he gets similar numbers and doesnt have entire teams trying to stop Giannis instead of him.

We just gave up 4 points in under 30 seconds to end the Q... At least Collins contested the last bucket...

7-0 run by them, their commentator just said.
