Things are bad in Dallas.

Team is losing games it should win.

Kyrie is playing through injury.

And now Luka seems to have off-court distractions.

You figure Kyrie would be doing anything he can trying to earn that next contract, because if he underwhelms in Dallas I have a feeling no team will offer him the deal he thinks he is worth.

He will have a wakeup call like Caremlo did a while back, when he is not being courted by major teams with max deals. Carmelo also never had the off-court issues that Kyrie has on a regular basis.

Maybe Dallas are going to be desperate and they're going to give him a 5 year max deal?

Except Carmelo was a terrible player by that point while Kyrie is one of the best PGs in the league.

Oh, this is such a bad attitude from Kyrie and a poor spin that many athletes overuse: "Replace me if you can and play!". No, you are paid to play, not the fans. You can criticise each fan for his own mistakes in his own profession, but pro basketball/entertainment is YOUR profession. And highly public and well-paid at that. Including the fans buying tickets and merchandise

With how he looked so far I will be blown away if it happens, maybe Cuban is willing to make that move but I doubt it.

Marcus Morris once critized his team's fanbase for not cheering loud enough following a 40 point beat down at home.

Imagine paying an exorbitant amount of money to watch a team get trashed from essentially the opening minute of the game , only to afterwards get critized by a player from said team for not clapping and cheering loud enough while it was happening.

To this day, hands down the most out of touch response an NBA player has ever given following a loss.

Clear case of main character syndrome, this guy thinks that the entire world revolves around him and whatever he needs/wants. Now many star level players have that attitude but I think Kyrie ticks it up a big notch.

Dallas fans are dumb if they're actually booing Kyrie... Mans gonna bounce if you don't put RESPEK on his name... And to be fair to Kyrie he hasn't been the problem, the Mavericks just don't have a good roster outside of Luka and himself.
