Where do all the Ayton haters go? Mavs board or Sixers board?

I will admit though that I do find it funny how many fans stick to a team that been rooting for almost their entire lives when they can very well jump to support a different team if they like certain players more. Personally, I been becoming more of a players fan versus an actual team. If Booker was to be traded and the Suns don't have any kind of internal development players I may not be a Suns fan any longer. I do enjoy Ayton since the Suns developed him too. Everyone else though is meh.

Call me crazy but I take Ayton > Bridges every day of the week on this team with KD !

Bridges is going to be pushed to 3rd option in the future and they will be pretty good!

What a fantastic game, this one was a big time win!

I loved what I saw from Biyombo. 17 points, 13 boards and 5 blocks...CRAZY!

Booker was Booker and played an amazing game.

Good game from CP3 and Ross. Ross is starting to look like a nice 6th man option for next year too.

TJ Warren with his third consecutive good game. 16 points and 8 boards in 27 minutes. He played very good defense, he has seriously improved in that aspect of the game. +25.

How good is Booker though? I feel like all the time we complain about what's wrong but we don't appreciate what's right. In a way we're taking Booker for granted. Remember when he said that he wants to become a player where other star players want to come and play wih him? CP3 wanted to be here because of Booker. KD wanted to be here because of Booker. Booker is the man! I still believe he's gonna bring us a chip. Greatest Suns player of all time.

What a game, especially the bench. Watching them extend the lead in the 4th was very nice.

Kinda nice to have a center who can guard Embiid right?

Yeah, very hypocritical suggestion as he should be suggesting all those people complaining about Ayton shouldn't go to another board too. But I guess it's ok to complain about him but not Monty (I don't complain about either).

Sorry about that. Me point is that this is a PHOENIX SUNS Game thread. The Halliburton and Bridges adulations should be in an around the league thread or part of the conversation when their teams kick the Suns Ass in a game thread against us.

I do appreciate your support for Monty. It is amazing how quiet all the Monty haters were last night.

Where are the posters that want to replace Monty with the great strategist, Jason Kidd?

I think Dinwiddie is also a key piece in Brooklyn and a missing part in Dallas, he was as big of a problem for us as Doncic was last year. I expect Dallas would be better with Dinwiddie and Brunson rather than Kyrie.

It appears that we will soon see how we will be with KD. Hopefully Warren & Ross continue to produce, and Payne doesn't just come in and jack up shots. I thought he was great last night. I also noticed that KD was first in line to congratulate Warren as he came off the court.

Could Warren move into the starting five or is he best used coming off the bench?

May need TJ's offense off the bench, but if his 3 ball stays consistent, with so much attention on KD/Book and to a lesser extent Ayton, he would get a ton of easy looks to score with the starters and for offense on bench you could have Payne, Ross, and maybe Lee/Shamet. Plus Okogie and Craig as defensive options.

I think Monty had a chance to start TJ to give us some offense with KD out.
When KD is back we'll probably need all defense we can get in the starting 5.

Whoever it is he must be able to make the corner three consistently. As BW said there are many options. I think that is why Monty has been playing so many folks. He is looking for someone to step up and win the job. He has many options to choose from, mostly players making the minimum. Rebounding is always an issue. If Ayton does his job and either gets the rebound or boxes out the other teams big, Warren could have a field day.

Whatever direction he goes I hope it works

Go Suns

At some point in the playoffs with everything on the line, I think that we are gonna play just our starting five + Warren and Ross.

Those 7 guys can be enough to win our first championship.

You need a backup C vs. Giannis, AD, Jokic, Embiid.

You need a backup PG if CP3 gets worn out, breaks down.

You also need another ball-handler ideally, but I think Okogie is up for the task and draws fouls.

but yeah, 8 or 9 is all we need.

KD is also a hub for offense - he simplifies a lot of things.

Yeah, most of the time we are gonna play 9-10 guys.

But if we need to shorten the rotation I would not be surprised if we play those 7 guys over 30 mpg with Book as a backup PG and KD as a backup C.
