Shaedon on a rookie contract > that og on his contract imo. I dont get that hype I think og is solid but I wouldn't give up a rookie contract asset like shaedon unless it's a bigger package for a bona-fide sidekick. I'd need to be wooed in order to part with shaedon, anf is much easier to part with given size constraints & his lesser athleticism compared to shaedon

Day 21 of being absolutely furious the Blazers won their game in Orlando.

I’ve always said and continue to say that Shaedon should not be moved for OG. I’m sorry, OG is not a difference maker. He’s another in this long list of solid B level players that are good but don’t improve the team enough to justify their price tag (contract or trade value).

And for what it’s worth, I do believe Toronto would demand him for OG, making any deal for OG DOA.

Shaedon's rookie year dunk highlights are going to outshine many players career dunk highlights.

Oh yeah 100 percent they'd demand him because masai loves either fleecing or walking

Love getting to see Sharpe in the role that he’ll actually be filling for the Blazers. LOVE seeing the FT attempts. My big hope is that Lillard is in his ear constantly. I wish that GP was in his other ear to teach him the ins/outs of NBA defense. Maybe Winslow is doing that…

Only caught bits of the end. Great to see big minutes for Shaedon and that he can fill up the scoresheet. He definitely needs to work on his handle as that will unlock a lot of opportunities for him to score and play make. But he’s got so many natural gifts that it’s exciting to watch him even like this.

Sharpe definitely needs to improve at the free throw line and dribbling the ball in traffic.

Reddish sucked ass tonight. I'm gonna guess that Watford is done for the year now. Who's next?

Summer League should be entertaining. Not sure whether Sharpe will play though.

Those are pretty common things for young players to need to improve upon. I don't worry he won't improve on those.

Cam is kinda just a crappy player. Glad they got the pick for Hart, if it was just Cam and some second-rounders, that would suck.

Ya, I still like the Hart return - was down to kick the tires on Cam.

Tires have been kicked, let him walk.

Also, more than ready to move on from Simons. I think volume 3PT shooting is the only thing he does better than Sharpe. If we keep Dame, Sharpe is a better fit. If we move Dame, move Simons too as he is a horrible pairing w/ SS due to his total inability to see the floor and create. I think he should be gone either way. And we are not talented enough to plant him at 6th man, need his salary to bring back improvements elsewhere.

Think we can go into next year w/ Thybulle and Sharpe as our SG's - really like that duo. But may need to finally get a legit backup PG since neither are real creators.

Yeah, no complaints with the return on Hart since they wouldn’t have resigned him anyway. Even if all they get out of the Hart trade is the ability to finally pay off the awful Olshey Bulls trade, that was worth it.
