Really feel like you're supposed to make the shots to be considered to have 'shotmaking'.

Looks like he's committing. I like GG and have more conviction in him than I did in similarly situated guys like Jaden McDaniels and Jonathan Kuminga (young, highly-rated wings who were inefficient). I hope the Jazz consider taking a swing on him with the Minnesota pick. I think someone is going to grab him in the 13 - 17 range.

Handle isn't bad for a 6'9" guy. Foot speed is also pretty good.

i wish he had longer strides, takes a lot of steps to get where he needs to go, that's the biggest problem for me other than obviously general BBIQ, but other than that still one of the best bangs for your buck bets in the entire draft.

His hips are a bit tight, and he needs more core strength.

yup. The short strides and short wingspan are my biggest worries with him. Plus his defense was meh this season, shooting efficiency wasn't great and didn't pass much.

Too many red flags to put him top 10.

But too much upside to fall outside the top 20.

He should go somewhere in the 11-20 range.

I wish people didn’t pretend that 98% of his hype is looking like the fourth Antentenkoumpo brother.

It's a bit funny, but he was getting hyped when he originally committed to UNC. Then he de-committed and went to SC, and the hype died down quite a bit, like he had become persona non grata.

no, too high variance and questionable BBIQ, and I cooled off on his movement skills a bit, he takes way too many steps to get where he needs to go, but I wouldn't be mad at it if a GM takes him in the 8-12 range as a home run type of pick. his ball handling and shot creation at his size is pretty rare, and is the youngest player in the draft.

Not really high on GG - but think a team like BRK or IND w/ a few low FRP should take the swing on him.

I think Ive been pretty vocal on how I view GG. Im honestly just not a fan of how his game connects with each other. Ya his handle isnt bad for his size, but I dislike anything with his game when it comes to off the dribble stuff. He has no passing vision at all, the jumper off the dribble is so far behind, and he's an inefficient driver. And what I mean by that is, I just think he takes too long to get where he wants.

But with that said, the size and athleticism combo cant be over looked. I dont think he is elite in this category, but no doubt he is very good here. And the form on the jumper isnt broken. Those two things alone keep his floor to mid-late teens. He becomes worth a mid to late teens based off the potential, he shouldnt slip below that.

He's got to slow down and develop his skills properly. I'd be concerned he's pushing his raw talents to get drafted ASAP while being rushed into a bad situation. Could be 21 and out of the league. High upside player but if he wants a long career he's got to take it step by step.
