We've got one "chill" game against the Spurs next week. Then it's back to Nuggets, Lakers and Clippers to finish the season...

No rest for the wicked

I was just thinking the same when I looked at the schedule. All West playoff teams other than the Spurs. I think it'll be good for the team, particularly if they win most of em (and no one gets hurt). Two weeks of pre-playoffs playoffs ball to get them ready. The bizarro ending to the season compared to last year; hopefully we get a bizarro result in the playoffs compared to last year too?

Starting lineup is going to absolutely light teams up if Okogie can find his shot again. Think the bench will be a roller coaster all playoffs though.

Not the worst thing to have a murders row of tough teams to end the season I suppose. Better than running over cans and then getting a shock in the playoffs. Also there's usually a lot of learnings you can take from playing against tough team who can find and has the ability to exploit weaknesses.

Not fair how Jokic sat out last game giving him 3 full day rest while Atyon gets one days rest. But I guess Jokic wanted to be fully healthy and ready to kick butt therefore he sat out one game.

I wonder if Joker is even playing tonight. maybe this calf injury isn't fake? current line still has Suns at -10.5, which must be based on the belief he is sitting.

Hopefully Jokic is playing. I hate not getting the experience of playing these teams at full strength. Clips, Nuggets, Warriors, etc.

It sounds like not only Jokic, but other Nuggets starters may not play. Makes sense for them. Rest their players and don't give scouting opportunity to the most likely opponent in 2nd round.

can they sit out the next game against us too? i prefer not to count on beating the clips on the last day of the season to wrap up home court

Clippers have tough schedule with b2b games vs MEM and NO, then Lakers. There is a good chance Suns will secure 4th seed before last game.

if that ends up being the case, we may even have a chance to manipulate the standings via the final game depending on how 5-6 shake out.

- letting Clips win to keep warriors from taking 5
- besting them in case Wolves have a shot at 5

that sort of thing

I haven’t told anyone this yet but I had a massive crush on Tom Cruise from Jerry Mcguire movie. Please keep my secret within the boards and not anywhere else. I still battle with my sexuality up until this day.

I remember last year Suns, when the most important thing was to set a record in the regular season over everything else and not to rest the starters. This is what separates elite coaches from just good ones. Kerr, Pop and Bud are in a class of their own. Hard to say about Malone. Monty is a guy with no balls and cost us last postseason.

Why are we so much afraid of the Warriors? This is the team who should have only two titles if KD never joined their team. Curry is great but has yet to showcase his clutchness. Without Klay and Draymond manning the ship, Curry is nothing but a vest.

You'd rather play the Clips than the Warriors? Not me.
