A Serbian 6"5 17 year old point guard. I think he's the underrated international prospect and he might have shot at NBA in the future. He's a good shooter, slasher and passer. I hope he will play at U19 world cup instead u18 euro championship this summer, so he can test himself against year or two older players from all around the world.

Every Nikola in the NBA is/was/will be a beast
Nikola Jokic =MVP
Nikola Vucevic = All star 20/10 guy
Nikola Mirotic = 6th man of the year/good starter
Nikola Petkovic= Good starter
Nikola Jovic = good potential
Nikola Durisic= poor mans Luka/Booker (will get drafted this year or next).
Nikola Topic = 6'7 Nate Wolters but better.

The best prospect coming out of Serbia in the next few years will be Ognjen Radosic he's looks insane for a 15/16 year old

Thought you were making a post-facto topic about Nikola Jokic, lecturing us on how everyone missed out on Jokic pre-draft.

He didn't shoot well threes in this tournament but he's not the bad shooter in general . He was slashing at will and he was passing well. MVP of U18 European tournament.

I see he's born in 2005. Are people thinking he will be a 2024 draft prospect?

Hell yeah he will he's a monster people need to put respect on his name he's a first round pick, also Mitar Bosnajkoivc and Baby Bjelica Markovic will be NBA players as well. This team was stacked with Euroleague (Filip Jovic, Nikolic, Musicki) l talent as well insanely deep team legit like 12 deep.

Topic just shat all over Mara and Gonzalez who are both lottery/top5/10 picks. He's getting drafted in 24/25, I hope he makes the World Cup team as the 3rd PG as well and hopefully Crvena Zvezda loan him out to FMP/Mega/Igokea since they have Napier/Teodosic/Dos Santos (summer league raptors PG) all ahead of him currently on the Euroleague squad.

Watching the U18 final, really impressed with how he drove the ball down the lane, took it right at Mara and scored over him 3 times in the 1st half, wow. Some impressive defense as well. And Topic is REALLY fast.

Initial impressions, he kind of gives me some Jalen Suggs vibes. Similar size, both with outside shooting question makes but really good, good at taking it to the rim, good playmaking, good defense..

This is another good Serbian point guard prospect born in 2005, it was the shame that he didn't play at this tournament I really wanted to see him sharing the court with Topic. He reminds me of Giddey a bit, very creative with the ball in his hands. Serbia has a bright future at PG position if they develop well.

I've always compared him to a preinjury Nate Wolters but way better and more upside, I've never really seen Jalen Suggs play so you could be right as well. I think moving forward he could easily add post up/passing out of the post to his game he has great feel around the rim and his shooting will be solid I think.

If Stankovic even had a bad 3pt shot he'd be a threat can't wait to see him and Ognjen Radosic play for Igokea this year at the PG/SG. He plays with great physicality as well Stankovic to go along with great IQ/creativeness. If only ABA clubs would prioritize developing local talent there would be way more good players coming out.

He just signed to Mega (loaned out) they play USC in a preseason game Aug 9 (Musicki/Jovic/Markovic are all on that squad and they all won the u18 FIba Euros). Also potential 1st rounder Nikola Djurasic is on that squad as well.

You are correct I'm hoping they take him as the 3rd PG for experience and just have Nedovic/Avramovic or Stefan Jovic as (prefer Avramovic personally) the other 2 PG's , if worst comes to come worst Guduric can always fill in at PG if both get hurt and Topic is not capable of playing at that level right now.

49 point game a few months ago. Then wins MVP of U18 FIBA tournament.

Then yesterday scores 27 points for Mega.

You watch this guy on film, he really pops. The pace, the way he plays really fast and pushes the pace all the time, yet stays under control. The way he can score and pass really well. Really good defender, too. Good size for a PG at 6'5".

At this point, I have him ranked ahead of Cadeau. And it wouldn't shock me if soon I have him ranked over guys like Proctor, Collier, Wagner and Castle.
