Morey is the reason why we're even contenders in the first place. Stop complaining.

You'd rather have Ben Simmons, who is almost out of the league, and Seth Curry instead of James Harden?

He also traded the corpse of Danny Green for De'Anthony Melton. Signed Tucker. Grabbed House on the cheap (not Morey's fault Doc never plays him). McDaniels is a nice role player and Thybulle was gone this off-season anyway. Thanks to Morey, the 6'ers are now a solid 10-12 deep and theoretically contenders. Way better position than where we were last postseason and certainly much improved since the beginning of last season.

I swear sometimes people on these forums have the emotional control of an 8 year old...

This made me LOL. Completely delusional, but funny.

Nice deflection. Specifically state what is so delusional about it.

Almost every single word...literally.

If we lose in round 2 again, what happens?

Depends on how it happens.

If its a total wash blowout and no one is super injured ( I say super injured because no matter what both Biid and Harden will have "surgery" in the offseason) then major changes need to happen coaching wise at the very least. Could easily be more via Harden bolting and Embiid then asking out too.

If its a hard fought game 6-7 loss, I could sadly see them staying the course sans maybe figuring out how to move off of Tobias as after all we won't be the favorite in said series anyway.

Honestly tho....I think this is it unless we make it to the conf finals IMO. I don't see any valid ways to improve the team as Harden goes on his max. This was the chance to sneak in some dudes with Harden taking his "pay cut"....we only signed his washed friends with said chance. We are going to lose parts of our already terrible bench lol. Getting off that Tobias contract probably won't actually add talent even if he is an expiring. And we are banking on another year older Harden and another year Embiid remaining the same...which may just have a ceiling. I could see a coaching change helping but my guess is that MDA is waiting in the wings and IDK if he is that guy any more either. This has been my feelings since summer...this feels like the sad last gasp of this era and its up to some luck for it to turn out right (via injury or hot shooting) and that goes down over time lol.

now if we lose in the first round? You will never see me again as I will be pulling a Jah on the Ben Frank

I think we are too harsh on our guys. Embiid almost always has been injured in the postseason, he has been very unlucky. Harden didn't have enough time last year to have good chemistry with the team. Maxey was still only a second year player. It's easy to forget this, but teams need chemistry to develop.

Why? I think what I said is fair, don't we remember the 1st year Lebron was with Miami Heat? and it was a full season, Harden had less than half a season to gel with the team.
Right now the main thing that worries me is Maxey's woes against the elite teams, especially against Celitcs. But I believe he will get better with more experience, he is still just a 3rd year player.
