I will be very surprised if the Magic sit anyone out unless someone like Wendell has been playing through pain we don't know about.

It seems to be the antithesis to everything they've preached all year and in particular these last 3-4 weeks.

Whether they should or they shouldn't is certainly a different debate.

He did have that plantar fasciitis flare up a month or so ago, maybe it'll be an "excuse". Maybe Franz ankles are still sore too, and I saw Fultz holding his wrist in the 4th quarter, so they could be banged up. I'm sure some guys will definitely be playing though.

I was in the sixth row watching what a real bucket looks like. We so badly need a guy like Mitchell in the backcourt. Franz and Paolo will be stars but it’s pretty tough to jut take over a game as a big. Scoot? Poole? Who is out there? Take all of our picks please

Cole is my guy 8-)

He was pushed into a role of a starter after playing half of a college games and had impossible task ahead of him in rookie year. That created poor outlook of him. His over a top personality probably didn't help
in second year whole team sucked and it was main goal anyway.
This year he is biggest swing in wins.

Over 28 games Magic won with him this year he averages 15-4,5-5 on 53% FG, 41% for 3 and sky high 63% TS.

Got to give paolo his flowers, he's really stepped up his rebounding... I remember that being a constant complaint after games about his effort on the glass....recently? Crickets.... Just how it should be

Game 79.

Orlando was eligible to be a playoff team until 3-games until the end of the season. This must be celebrated. This team has achieved a great deal this season.

Watching Caris LeVert makes one wonder how much his value is in the NBA. A 20M backup does not make sense for the Cavs. A team like Orlando might be considering him. Is three for 60M enough?

The Cavs got locked in to the 4 seed tonight, so I expect Mitchell at the very least to not play on Thursday.

Brooklyn and Miami are very likely going to be locked into the 6 and 7 seeds respectively when the Magic come to town.

It wouldn't totally shock me if the Magic finished 3-0.

Paolo is at 20 ppg, which is a big achievement for a rookie. I doubt he suits up again and jeopardizes that when we've already been eliminated from playoff contention.

For Fan Appreciation Night this Thursday, it would be cold blooded if we shut down Franz, Paolo, and/or Wendell.

If Banchero plays in all three, he needs 63 points to average 20 ppg. That is, he needs to average 20.1 ppg to get there.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Maybe the last two games on the road they'll sit guys out. But I think they're gonna play their guys in the home finale on Thursday. It's Fan Appreciation Night after all.

I think the Cavs are gonna sit their own guys out anyway, so it might be a tanky night.

We started 5-20 but played slight over .500 rest of the year. This is a playoff team next year.
