Sad part is that he could have helped yesterday .

Who do you like more between he and Hawkins from UConn?

Hawkins is a guard and dick is a small forward I am sure Hawkins is a better athlete and shoots well from 3 but dick us a marksman.

I'd take Hendricks over either of them.

Just need to secure the tank and finish behind Dallas this year down the stretch. Rest SGA and let Williams go for broke on roty and tank at same time.

I’m just a refugee from the Vox WTLC blog. If the Thunder are forced to participate in the 9-10 playin game, I hope it isn’t a total embarrassment against a team that actually knows the value of a true big man.

Welcome!

We will likely play the Wolves so for sure they value big mens...a bit too much when u look at the Gobert trade :)

If that KAT /Gobert frontline doesn’t dominate against us, there isn’t much hope for that frontline next season .

I'm hoping we miss out. Our chances of reaching the playoffs proper are very low even if we sneak into the 10th slot. The 7th spot probably gives you roughly an 80% chance of getting in whereas the 10th spot probably gives you something in the neighborhood of a 20% chance. I'm glad we've played some meaningful games, but we've learned from those games that this team isn't ready.

I'd like to finish below Dallas and Chicago.

me too but I doubt we will lose against the Jazz and Dallas is beyond terrible right now...at this point I'm happy if we finish ahead of Chicago and get the 11th pick (I'm obviously lying, still a 2% shot at Wemby :D )

Man, this summer team's priority should be trading Dort to anyone who wants him.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Up until last year Dort was our main defensive weapon, but now it seems like most of the entire roster is on par with him on defense. And 0-6 from 3? I am not anti-Russ, but it took Russ years to curb his 3’s. I hope we don’t have to watch that process again with Dort.

But Dort has to be concentrated about defense and not takin so many shots offensively.

Jalen doesn't get enough shots, especially last night when it mattered in the fourth.

On a somewhat but not entirely related note, Jacob Kniffen is my least favorite thunder podcaster.

Sorry the pitiful Nets couldn't take care of the Wolves last night. Jacque Vaughn allowed KAT and Gobert to impose their will on 6'7 and 6'8 defenders. Hopefully Daigneault will do a better job finding a way to defend them.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

Replace Dort with Whitmore. Make it happen, Sam.

from 30%+ to less than 10% of a top 4 pick because of +/- 5 extra wins, it hurts. Team was healthy all season and even injuries were not good for the tank (sorry Poku).

I hope we can be agressive this offseason but from what I heard from Presti in the past, I doubt we will. Hope he changes his mind because of SGA.

Still excited about next season with Chet but we need more help to make another leap.
