There are a couple of negative posters who didn’t post once in the championship thread. The 100+ page thread that was left stickied to the top for a year. The one we waited 50 years for. I get pointing out bad things, hell I do it all the time. Especially hot takes in game threads. But we have a player and team we probably won’t have again in our lifetime. I can’t imagine not enjoying this ride, even if it sometimes comes up short of the final destination.

Enough on the soapbox. GO BUCKS.

And I hope Big O is able to still watch games even if he can’t be here any longer.

Have to hope they're being overly cautious with Middleton but it's not something you want to see a week-ish out from the playoffs. We really needed him to be ramping up close to normal by now. Now it's a sit and wait to see if he can maybe play game 1 of the playoffs.

Some on this board have been writing off the Bucks all season.

We don’t care about seeding
We rest guys too much
We’re too conservative with injuries
We chuck too many 3’s
We lose games we shouldn’t
We don’t win by enough
Bud is a terrible coach

And yet here we are, 58-22 and the overall 1 seed.

That doesn’t guarantee anything of course. The last 2 champs were 3 seeds.

It’s hard to win a championship and we may not. If we don’t the usual suspects will crow about how smart they were (as Jez pointed out in the game thread). They knew all along we weren’t that good. **** that.

Game 1 will be Sunday the 16th. Possibly against these Bulls.

Whatever happens in the playoffs I love this team. Like most of you I suffered during the lean years. I don’t take Giannis or the team’s success for granted.

Rest up guys, you deserve it.
