I like Dick, George, Wallace, Whitmore.
Difficult choice for me.

I'm curious if any player hits over 50% once we move past Miller. I wouldn't be surprised if no one does. Which supports the idea of Wemby being in a tier of his own, Miller and Scoot falling in tier two, and then a wide open field after that.

to play behind Franz and Paolo?

Behind, next to, in front of, I don’t care. I just want him on the team.

no worry about him being 22 and older than opponents? and 3 pt% dropping with more volume?

Players 4-12 is an absolute crapshoot.

I mean, they're all a crapshoot really (minus Wemby. Even if he's a 'bust' he'll likely be dominant on defense). There are players I like but I wouldn't bet money that 'my guy' will have a better career than any of the other guys in that 4-12 range. For example, I like Gradey, Cason, Keyonte, Hawkins, Hendricks in our range but you never know. I'm not a Thompson twins fan, at all, but if they learn how to shoot, they could end up being stars. It's tough to project.

I just want a shooter on this team along side Caleb, once he develops.

Brandon Miller cruises with 83%. Amen, Jarace, Black, Gradey, and Keyonte all pulled in a vote. On to spot 4!

#4 is really tough...would be happy/unhappy with just about anyone...too soon for Dick or Hendricks? I'd probably still take one of them here (I'd definitely consider trading back a few spots as part of a bigger deal)...I chose Dick. Seems like highest floor and maybe lowest ceiling at 4, but I'd be happy with Luke Kennard if that's his floor.

An athletic Kennard.
Imo Dick has the skills to become a generational shooter.

Gonna put my money on the upside of the twins. Tracy Mcgrady skills + one day developing a jumpshot would be potentially a 35ppg player in this league.

But after the twins, i'm back into reality and my vote will likely go to the best shooter IE Dick. Unless I analyze and find someone better.

Not rooting for the twins at all.

Amen Thompson

Could be a more athletic version of Giddey.

At this part of the board. Pretending we had the 4th pick somehow. I wouldn't be anywhere near as mad if we get the 1st and passed on Wemby for example.

It's just that after #3 in this draft. I think drafting based on ceiling is legit risk to make for a 4th+5th pick. But once we get past the upside of the twins I am 100% on the reality BPA train.

Edit : If someone had an argument for drafting BPA at 4th and onward this doesn't hurt my feelings as we are on more on the "win now" path then "player development". Still though, if we had the 4th or 5th and either of the twins are available. I would be hard pressed to not get them and end up with buyers remorse.

We also still likely have 2 lottery picks in this draft. So have the ability for BPA + potential if we so choose.

I know I always talk wingspan, but the twins look like they have close to a 6'7" wingspan. TMac has a 7'2" wingspan. That's why I can't compare the twins to TMac.

i think i've said this before....Giddey with explosive athleticism and none of the defensive issues the actual giddey had coming out of Australia? yeah that's worthy of a top 5 pick for me

Amen Thompson and not even close.

when best scouts say"could be the best first step i ever seen + great ballhandling and good basketball QI,that's become a no-brainer to me,at this point of the draft.

Anthony Black will be closer to Giddey.

Giddey is only 3 months older than Amen Thompson, and light years better. If he played for OTE last season, he would've averaged a 25 ppg triple double.
