Pritchard can shoot it despite the percentages this year and I think most all of us knew that it was just an issue of consistent role and opportunity. He’s also got a nice handle that allows him to create opportunities for others off the dribble. Yesterday it was very useful. In a normal rotation for us though we need more off ball movers than iso dribblers. He also can’t finish inside despite a penchant for finding offensive rebounds inside amongst the trees. His size would also be a problem on defense when facing a full strength offense unlike yesterday. I think he cans improve on a few of those weaknesses but probably not in Boston. I don’t love when any player expresses their desires to look elsewhere publicly, especially bench players, but I also get it. I don’t think this desire blindsided the Celtics either and they’d already talked to him.

All that being said great game by PP and strong finish to the season. Not a sentimental victory cigar either… dude earned it!

Celtics with the best record in past 15 games (11-4) while resting guys. Seven teams had 10-5. Cs also #1 in ORtg, DRtg, and NetRtg in that span.

Good way to finish regular season as we head into the playoffs. Just need to stay healthy throughout the run.
