No, Casey is gone alread

1A. If not, what replacement makes sense?

Becky Hammon/Jerry Stackhouse/Ime Udoka imo

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?
Cade/Ivey/Duren/Wiseman(sadly)/Bagley(sadly, no one will eat that awful contract)

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?
Players capable of playing defense and hit 3's.

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?
VW/Scoot

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?
Grant Williams/Cam Johnson/Jerami Grant

6. Which trade targets make sense?
Royce O'Neale

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?
Probably Bojan if we get a good offer. Other than him, guys we are willing to trade have 0 value. Cade/Ivey/Duren should not be available.

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?
CoJo/McGruder/Diallo

Is Bruce Brown Jr. a fit? How much would you pay him?

Yes he would be a fantastic fit in Detroit, if we don't land Scoot.

I have no idea how much he is worth.

I'll bite for Utah

1. Is your team keeping your coach?
Yeah, he surpassed expectations in a difficult situation and while Lauri, Kessler and Ochai developed immensely in the span of a year.

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?
Markkanen, Sexton, Ochai, and Kessler.

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?
Health, playmakers, facilitators, 3D wings/guards (never have enough), backup bigs.

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?
BPA. Utah's roster construction is obviously fluid, so just get the best talent available and figure out solving a good problem to have later.

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?
Assuming an opt out, re-signing THT if it makes sense. Otherwise, I don't see Utah going big in FA on long term deals. One year deals for vets and targeting younger players to devleop.

6. Which trade targets make sense?
If I were Ainge, I'm targeting younger players who have length with the need to rehab value not named Simmons. Otherwise, high-value draft picks.

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?
Ainge has wares, if you have coin.

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?
Clarkson, maybe THT.

Going to do this for Toronto because I don't consider the play-in tournament a great season. Hope the op and others don't mind

Here are my general questions for those teams:

1. Is your team keeping your coach? 80/20 yes, only way Nurse leaves is if Masai wants him gone or Nurse says he wants to go to a new team and see below

1A. If not, what replacement makes sense? Udoka is the only other one I see Toronto possibly letting Nurse go for

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster? Barnes is the real keeper unless a team massively overbids for him. To a lesser extent I see Koloko (young cheap big who plays defense) and then you have OG and Pascal both very good at what they do and unless a team is willing to give up a blue chip prospect plus I don't see Toronto moving them for peanuts

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs? Honestly floor spacing/shooting is a must. Toronto really needs a Eric Gordon/Hield type who can get their own offense off the bench or come in a play extended minutes. Then again doesn't 90% of the league also need the same?

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range? Toronto probably has a pick in that 12-16+ range Bruce Sensabaugh makes the most sense for his shooting ability. Carson Wallace looks interesting as a absolute bulldog defender who can be disruptive he just needs to work on his shooting touch a bit more especially at the free throw line.

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities? Probably looking at a MLE level shooter if Toronto runs it back with GTJ or FVV and Poeltl returning. The guy I think makes a ton of sense is Seth Curry can play either guard spot is a elite shooter and probably falls in that bracket money wise you want to be at. DiVincenzo and Coby White also make sense as well.

6. Which trade targets make sense? You have two ways to look at this rebuild or add. If you rebuild then moving Pascal and/or OG in separate deals for future draft capital is the only way to go. Like Pascal/OG to New Orleans makes a ton of sense as New Orleans us a very good team looking for one more piece and has tradable assets. Like Dyson Daniels, Murphy, draft picks etc. Not saying all are in play for Toronto but I think there's something there.

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade? See above answers but I would throw Boucher in the mix. Very streaky three point shooter with a quick release and can give you some decent numbers and play either PF or C

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave? GTJ/FVV I think is the consensus answer here. Toronto has to look at what makes sense. I am all for them getting paid but at some point you got to take off the rose colored glasses and be realistic and say where are we going? If Freddy and his camp want $30+ million over 5 years I let him walk. This year has been a major step back for his shooting. I honestly don't see a massive market for him.

1. Is your team keeping your coach? Yes, that may be a mistake.
1A. If not, what replacement makes sense? I would've loved Nick Nurse but very very unlikely.

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?
Luka Doncic, after that its a toss up. Green most likely.

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?
Defense
A top tier wing defender and a starting 5 who can rebound and block shots. But any defense is great.

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?
Trade the pick for a win now defender.

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?
Naz Reid for the MLE? Maybe some combination of Jae Crowder, Jalen McDaniels, and Bruce Brown

6. Which trade targets make sense?
OG is the dream
Capella also would be really nice

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?
Tim Hardaway
Reggie Bullock if Dallas can consolidate players into an upgrade.

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?
Christian Wood is gone.

OKC

1. Is your team keeping your coach? Yes, for sure.

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?

SGA, JDub, Giddey, Chet, Dieng, JWill, Isaiah Joe, Kenrich, Poku and... Dort

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?

An healthy Chet but overall improve our frontcourt and 3pt shooting.

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?

Hendricks looks like the obvious answer. Dick would be a great fit too.

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?

PJ Washington...I would offer him 22m/years. Other than that, can still go after Brook Lopez and pay him big money for two seasons (before we have to pay Giddey)

6. Which trade targets make sense?

Siakam is the dream. John Collins if he's cheap.

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?

Tre Mann

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?

Dario Saric.

No team in the lottery is going to make any hard decisions until the results of the 2023 lottery are known.

Portland

1) It appears Chauncey is safe unless he decides to leave himself. I think Portland might overhaul their coaching
staff to help with in game adjustments, which are a problem with Chauncey

2) Portland's roster is a mess but the only certainty is Sharpe is not going to be traded

3) Portland needs a big physical player on their front line whether they win the lottery or not

4) Walker/Hendricks would help fill a crying need for more size up front

5) Portland is not a FA destination whether they have cap space or not. I could see Portland looking for a
veteran player to fill the role Justice Winslow played when he was healthy. A veteran guy to provide
order and direction to the young players unless they have traded them all away for win now players.

6) Portland is looking for win now pieces at PF and perhaps a center to replace the oft injured Nurkic

7) Simons and their lottery pick

8) Portland traded away Josh Hart already who was the most likely to leave. Drew Eubanks if another
team really needs a backup center, might get an offer.

1. Is your team keeping your coach?
Yes, Hardy was a fantastic surprise and the team is a joy to watch.

2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?
Ainge, so you can't say with certainty, but...
(1) Lauri Markkenen
(2) Walker Kessler
(3) Ochai Agbaji
(4) Kelly Olynyk (even though I don't want it to be true)

3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?
Perimeter defenders

4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?
Tony Jones is implying that we are going to target a big playmaking guard with one of our picks. I suspect we also heavily invest in wings since it is a wing-heavy draft. So ...

9: Ausar Thompson, Cam Whitmore, Taylor Hendricks, Anthony Black
16: Jalen Hood-Schifino, Maxwell Lewis, Ryan Rupert, GG Jackson (not really a wing)
28: Sidy Cissoko, Bilal Coulibaly, Colby Jones, Jalen Williams, Julian Strawther

5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?
We have a lot of cap space, and I could see a surprise target, e.g. Fred VanVleet. But I hope we keep it simple, go for players who have not lived up to expectations, or who have shown flashes of being capable of having bigger roles. My two favorite targets are:
1. Josh Okogie
2. Mo Wagner

6. Which trade targets make sense?
Like a few teams, I could see us absorbing bad salary for assets and sending back reasonably good players in return (e.g., Sexton). With the new CBA, perhaps teams are more incentivized to do that. Barring that, I think there is some shuffling at the end of the roster that will happen to improve our perimeter defense. I think Sexton could easily be moved, alone with Simone Fontechhio, just because of role redundancy in Sexton's case, and Simone is buried on the depth chart despite being okay.

7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?
I think the answer is Sexton. The organization seems to love him, but Ochai Agbaji earned minutes late in the season, and it seems like we want to keep Clarkson. With THT's emergence, too, it seems like he is the odd man out.

8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?
I think Dunn. If we do draft a point guard, that is just another player for him to compete for minutes with. He was really fun, though, and I'd love to see him back.
