21 year-old who isn’t quite ready for the bright lights. That’s all. Moment was too big for him, as it would be most 21 year-olds. Still a tremendously talented player who will improve with time. Good growing experience for him.

His coach should have the decency to pull him when injured.
Earlier this season, Coach Finch played him through a stomach flu in which Anthony Edwards was literally puking outside the lockerroom during half-time. Anthony Edwards goes out of his way to fake like he isn't injured because he wants to play through it (he's done this numerous times this season), but at some point, the coaching staff needs to step in and sit him.
I appreciate Anthony Edwards for giving it his all every night, but sometimes his mindset actively hurts the team and the coaching staff does nothing to stop it.

This. Should have gone with Nowell, especially in those moments when the Wolves couldn't buy a bucket.

Ant needs alot of work on his handle. He doesn't trust it vs tough defensive teams. Similar situation in the First round vs the grizz last year. He can get where he wants.. he just doesnt think he can and so he settles for bad jumpshots repeatedly in tight games.

Cramps aren't an injury and athletes cramp all the time and play through it. It's pretty common in soccer and tennis.

Had a terrible game. Happens to the best of them. He will learn and bounce back from this.

Not comparable at all. Just look at what happens once this tennis player starts cramping. It starts with them taking a break so that he can get his massages. Afterwards he continues to play with no mobility at all, but still manages to win the game. Just imagine Edwards "moving" around the court like that. That's worse than having Ben Simmons on your team. The Wolves would get blown out by 30.
But, yes, cramps aren't an injury, although they are debilitating in some sports.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

24-11-5 with a plus 17. If that's doing nothing![]()

Get in the bin
He did nothing when it mattered, and backed down from so many mismatches I wondered if he even wanted to play at the end. Absolute clownshow from the "franchise player". He just let the rest of his team lose the game for him.
Yeah agree. He played like he's unfit and like he's been on a minutes restriction or something and not aggressive like we had nobody over 6'9" suited up to guard the paint down the stretch

brutal. But sometimes these are the types of games that are used as fuel and humble you to put in the work. Lebron and other greats have all had games like this.

Still better than kat in his first game vs Houston in the playoffs a few years back. Playoff experience isn't something you can work on unless you get in a few playoff type games.

I'm not that down on him, but I definitely think KAT has kind of been a shield for criticism.

No worse than any number of games from tatum in the finals. He'll bounce back.

He could grow into a legit #1 option on a contender. Still has some fine tuning to do. Love that he takes a bit of pride on defense. Hope that never changes.
I thought he came across as a real clown as a rookie, but I think he has a chance to mature into a star.

This.
The big occasion got the better of him, but he’ll learn from it and become a better player.
