Very glad Partizan is back in the Euroleague. They have one of the better non NBA bigs - Lessort. Although they got a very unfavorable opponent in play offs - Real Madrid. Tavares will probably dominate, because Partizan has no shooters who could took him out of the game.

Real Madrid have been underperforming for weeks now, I wouldn’t be surprised if Partizan advanced.

I think it is awesome because it looks cool, not because how it was filmed, you know...

Serbians are experts, they know how to create a great basketball environment/atmosphere. Huge respect for Red Star too, but, being a PAO fan, i hope for Partizan to get the trophy this year (Next year, we'll be there too, hopefully)

I would stick to trying to make NBA game flow like EL game, I am talking about absurd number of stoppage and the length of stoppage in the NBA. Close EL game is the most exiting thing about this game, close NBA game will mean that the last 60 seconds of gametime will take 15 minutes to play, it is not watchable anymore, I dont care it has best players, product is worse. I just watched ZAlgiris clinch PO spot a day ago, and it was amazing, it came down to last second shot, and it was crunch and all we had like few 60 second timeouts in the last 90 seconds, they just let players play it out.

Funny, I've been to about seven or eight current NBA arenas. Only two during playoffs. I've also been to Besiktas in Turkey. It was at least twice as good as any NBA watching experience has to offer. The energy is off the charts
Kids played football, drove cars, went to school, celebrated life; while soldiers, heroes, their brothers struggled to find their way home from war; and young boys watched and grew wiser in their dreams.

Hope Grigonis finds his form, he was so amazing 2 years ago, and since then hes been fat nothing. Probably missed 60% of the season either way, when you look at the names, no way PAO should have been this bad. I am still amazed that Derrick Williams is in EL and that he is so average, why is he so average?

I hope for Grigonis to find his form too, he seems like a good guy but he was mostly injured this year. Furthermore, he was not getting along with our former coach, Radonic. Now, he is better, physically, and our Greek coach give him more minutes.

Williams was a good offensive player during the first 3 months, but defensively, he is literally the worst player i have watched in a green jersey. And remember, Jimmer Fridette played for us 3 years ago. Derrick is even worse. I don't believe that any Euroleague team will get him next year.

I'm American but with more exposure to European sports than most of us, after living a decade in New York with mostly European friends. Back in the Midwest it's amazing how many football and baseball fans around here look down on European fans or the experience of a football game (world football not American). I can only wish that I could go to a Bulls or Cardinals game and be with an entire crowd that's into every possession or at bat. Seeing the WBC for baseball, and footage like this for European basketball is depressing.

All the ads/stoppages kinda take you out of the game, ive lost count of how many times i go on my phone during ads, just zone out and miss when the game starts again.

In my local national league there are ads before the game and at halftime. 2 minutes between quarters.

Football and basketball clubs in europe are not just a show. Some of these clubs are 100+ years old are are or had been connected with social classess. Fans here - and especially the balkans are mad about their teams. This makes for amazing atmospheres - go check some panathinaikos vs olympiakos or paok vs aris games - turkish league teams too (galata, besiktas)

On the downside this often leads to fans beating the living **** of each other, arenas not being family friendly and hooliganism.

Great job by German basketball fans too
