Don’t start lol let’s see what happens

What a performance, such a pleasure to watch. We finally decided to hit threes. Tobin was right we went in to this loosey goosey, pressure is on them.

I think bud is gonna go ultra small, right now Lopez is mismatched Vs bam and it allows us to play love who’s been unplayable otherwise.

What you guys think ?

Nah, they were awful all season. You gotta judge a team on what they show you. For most of the season we didn't see enough to be optimistic. I mean they got beat by an awful Hawks team. Now we've lucked out on Giannis injury, hopefully they can take advantage even with Herro out. They've shown some fight today, which wasn't there in the regular season. So now we can be hopefull they can do something in the playoffs.

Giannis will either miss this series or be seriously limited I would think. That type of injury on a dude that big is nothing to play with

Playoff Jimmy was activated and we didn’t hear from my brother Beenie in the 2nd half so our franchise cornerstone must’ve dominated. Shooters are hot, not need to find what to do with Herros role

Honestly, adjusting for playoff intensity, there wasn't much we did differently than we've done all season. We simply made shots.

Its a make or miss league, point blank period.

I'm hoping they reassess and say its a finger or two  .

I STILL cannot understand how he effected that much damage on that play. No wonder he shies away from contact.

Some hope to be optimistic is that it really didn't make sense we went from the best to the worst in 3-point shooting with the SAME PLAYERS so at some point you'd have to think the math would side with us for once.

Exactly. Max get max expectations. Its not enough for Bam to have a great defensive game. He needs to get buckets too. He was poor offensively in 1st half and has been poor offensively past couple weeks. He's turned it around in 2nd half and we need this going foward to make up for loss of Herro. Some fans get sensitive when he's called out for disappearing from the offense. If they're gonna call him a top 15 player in the league, he needs to get buckets. He's not 34 like Jimmy. He's young and he the legs to great on both ends for extended minutes. He's looked great in 2nd half which is a great sign going foward

He needs to not be called things like a top 15 player and constantly and disrespectfully put in the same sentence as Jimmy. Stopping that type of hyperbole and flat out lying right there will do wonders in setting everyone's expectations on what he can be. He can absolutely still be a major contributor on a championship team, but the cornerstone talk must stop.

I' didn't call him top 15, some here have. But I think he has top 15 potential. In the Boston series in the finals run, he was the best player that series. But regardless if he's top 15 or not, he's on a max contract. When you are on a max, you need to be consistent offensively. If he can't then he's not untouchable if we want to improve the team. If we don't think he can get to that level, then what are we doing. Either package him and get someone better or rebuild. You can't contend with just one top 15 player, you need a 2nd guy. And the NBA cap doesn't allow you to have multiple max players. So he should be held to a higher standard. Same with Herro. And if either can't get to that level, then as a FO you need to make decisions. We can't just pay guys and not expect them to play to their salaries. Its the single biggest issue on this roster. A couple of guys on big money not named Butler don't play up to their contracts

Yeah this feels weird. I mean good win yeah but Herro's injury (and Giannis for that matter) definitely put a damper on things.

Still, 1-0 Heat. Can the shooters keep making their shots?
