On the upside both Nick Nurse and Ime along with Kenny Atkinson are all available this summer.

A Kenny-Bob Myers combo will sooth all of this pain if we blow this series.

Booker has always been a loser. Mentally weak player.

This was more of a defensive battle. We played fairly well, didn't shoot well from 3, though that was likely largely because of tough D. They didn't shoot that well from 3 either. Kawhi is just a force in the playoffs and Westbrook is going to create havoc too...they have some shooters as well (of course we do too). I think we should win game 2 fairly easily, though Westbrook could have a good shooting game and make it tough.

Lue will likely make a lot of adjustments along the way to outcoach Monty, but Monty of course has more talent so although tight, we should still take the series unless George comes back by game 6. I don't expect to win it in 5.

KD looked like he didn't want to be that guy tonight. Book had no choice

I really hope Monty gets canned and we traded for KD just so he can not shoot for half a quarter in the fourth.

Please help me make sense when Craig was on fire meanwhile Shamet just out there logging minutes.

We got the bad game out of the way. Westbrook 100% did not get fouled on the last shot. But whatever.

More talent than Lue has available? Where? When does it show up?

Couple of things that absolutely killed us:

Booker’s 5 turnovers. Very very sloppy play for him.

Chris Paul’s patent midrange jump shots late in the 4th. Those were some huge misses.

Deandre Ayton’s lazy ass performance. Those offensive rebounds late in the 4th sealed the game for the Clippers.

I pick the Suns in 6 but didn’t expect to lose Game 1. We have ourselves a series.

Remember folks, this is the best Chris and KD will be for the rest of their careers. We cooked.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Monty lost the game at end of third

There is no way you can have Jock Ish Okogie and Shamet

As for the rebounding - embarrassing

Well considering KD got Atkinson fired in Brooklyn, I doubt he comes here at all.

I know you have the mental capacity of a brick wall, but maybe look at the other 4 players on the court during that stretch and you’ll realize what the problem was.

we have no 3rd string point guard...that's insane though. Specially considering our 2 point guards are injury prone.

Westbrook had one of those Jason Kidd type games.I remember his time with the Suns.He would dominate games without scoring.Just off sheer heart & hustle.I've been saying it for 3 yrs now, but the Suns are a very poor hustle/loose ball team. All you have to do is crash the glass and play with high intensity. The Suns will have a hard time matching it.

It seems like you’re very excited that the Suns lost this. I don’t get it.
