Yeah, but I doubt they will come out flat because we have already lost a game in Phoenix.

Here, we go. "The Suns get lucky again" talk is going to start. Let's just destroy them an move on. This is not the time to let this scrappy team even be close in this game. Foot on throat and press. Let's GO!!!!

What I don’t understand is that they talk about a right knee sprain...but when happened? He ended both games at full strength.

Kawhi never sprained his knee or had any type of injury during the first two games. This is type of fake news Trump always talks about. I’ll believe it when I see it with my own eyes. Cause you don’t just sprain your ankle while you’re sleeping life don’t work like that.

And would the same report from Adrian Wojnarowski be fake news as well? :dontknow:

Woj said it was game 1 but played through it, and game 2.

If it's true you can't say we weren't lucky... Not that I mind, just sayin

Suns got lucky again. Even Monty can't screw up losing to a Kawhi and PG13-less Clipper team. We should close this out in 5 or 6

With Kwahi not playing today, We HAD BETTER NOT MESS AROUND!!! and we had better play strong from the jump and secure this win early to get a bit of extra rest for our core players in Durant, Booker and especially Paul to be ready for Saturday! IF we get our sh** together and play like we actually give a damn, We should be able to finish this in 5 games!!!

I have 100% sprained an ankle in my sleep. I just saw a facebook memory about it from like... 10 years ago.

I'm actually bummed about the Kawhi news. He's a great player and really fun to watch. Would much rather beat the Clippers with Kawhi than without.

That being said, we better DESTROY the Clippers tonight.

Yes, very important to take the game seriously. A good opportunity to rest the starters and let the reserves build confidence.

You mean the same Kawhi that grabbed at Bookers knee?

Yes I still remember that play and so should you.

Well, we are talking about Kawhi and PG here.

It's not about being lucky, it's about playing against a team who has two All-Star players that dictate how many games they want to play per year and the Suns take advantage of that.

Woj is saying that he is day-to-day and he will try to play the 4th game...do you really believe that he sprained his knee?

This sounds to me load management again. He played high minutes in two consecutive games on four nights.

Gladly we traded for All Stars that aren't built like that.

Yeah this is basically exactly how I feel here. Feels a little cheap beating them without Kawhi as well but at the same time, yeah this should be a low minutes game for our starters and a very easy win from the start.

my take is that clips were always aiming for 2-2 going back to phoenix, but now have an opportunity to do so with a fresher kawhi to steal g5 too. both games in LA are must win for us imo.

Woj is very reliable so now I believe it. Didn’t see Woj confirm it but tweets can’t lie. Thanks GOK.

Suns can’t afford to play around need to jump on their throats early and give Book, KD, Paul less minutes cause they’ve been averaging 40+ it seems.

Honestly I think this team has had a hard dialing up it's intensity level since the finals. I thought it was a problem last year and the first couple games of this series. I don't think it's anything intentional it's just after getting that far and playing in those big of games a round 1 early series game just isn't as big.

I thought a they flipped that switch a bit game two after getting down.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

They aren't "load managing" in the playoffs. He has degenerative issues in his knees. I could see them sitting him if they were up 3-0, but they're not going to sit him and hope they can win the next game. That's ridiculous.
