Harris is easier to generate offense through, as he has an actual iso game. Can post, drive both left and right and shoot over both shoulders. He's made himself into a better release valve, and that's the work in progress, but he's more willing to drive on the closeout.

Maxey is a perfect 3rd option, especially when he's aggressive. Great shooter, can drive and finish, but struggles to get his own offense. The step back is his main option. I'd like to see him run off screens more .

Harris is more steady. Tyrese is explosive

Glad we won.

Did Doc just say Biid only has 50% chance of playing the sec round? Is that smoke or? If not, we are cooked.

Playing the beginning of the second round I think is the quote. Could be wrong.

Everyone should read a book this weekend to honor Tobias!

yeah game 1 I believe. I doubt he was being that analytical with his choice of wording, but it still seems much more bleak than the "excuse for rest" that I had thought it was

Harris is better than Maxey, sorry but he is, Maxey sucks against the best defensive teams and when Embiid is not triple teamed, no coincidence he sucks so much against Celtics, they are maybe the smartest defensive team out there. I prefer Harris, he at least provides more size, rebounding and yes defense. Maxey is better for the Regular Season.

I'm not sure what Maxey has to do with Trading Tobias. I don't disagree with your Maxey take. I like him, but I'd trade him for the right deal.

I don't know, people focus too much on Harris but I think we have bigger issues to worry about.

Like the fact that Joel is trash in the 2nd round.

Took care of business. Great job.

I haven't been posting in game threads so I'm not sure if this has been pointed out but....why is McDaniels wearing his Hornets headband? That **** is clearly purple lol.

When is the earliest possible date for game 1? Is it next weekend or 2-3 days after the Celtics-Hawks series ends? The good thing this year is that he'll have extra time to rest as opposed to previous years.

I'd rephrase that to say "Joel is never healthy in the second round."

Mind you, some of that is due to his reckless style of play but some is due to bad luck and other teams playing dirty against him.

Damnnnn only ten pages because the sixers was destine to sweep the nets and the haters from our own fanbase knows they’d look even dumber flooding the threads with sixers hate during a sweep huh? Lmao guarantee if we had lost this game there would be 40 pages of negative bashing of MY sixers.

Smh congrats to the sixers! I knew we didn’t need embid to sweep these clowns! Shout outs to TOBI man looking like a big time star out there tonight destroying those little defenders with the mid range game and finishes at the rim!

Harden struggling to finish at the rim is a concern. But it’s better than the alternative where he can’t get to the rim at all lol

This is probably the best I’ve felt about the Sixers heading into round 2. We have a talented group, plenty of shooting, and a quality back up C. Now it’s up to Embiid/Harden who, frankly, I don’t have a ton of confidence in. But now there are no excuses, we will win or lose the series based on whether our stars are good enough.

The sixers have so many weapons! I’m glad we got melton man what a fkn weapon to have to bring off the bench and drop 15 in the 4th quarter!

Shout outs to Paul reed! Shout outs to the whole gang! And the coaches! The sixers probably lose these last two games the last couple years with Ben Simmons! And he’d still be holding maxey back if he was here. I love this team!

Now let’s go Atlanta! Push boston 6-7 games baby! Wear they ass out before they come face the mighty sixers

A sweep without Jojo to finish it is too good to be true.

No reason to break this one down, just win baby. Having Tobi is so much of a luxury, people keep on trying to make us into a big three as other teams have had in the past. But really we are big 4, and whichever one is needed for that game is gravy.

Just wondering what's up with Harden at the rim, that's one thing that is very irritating to me. I know he isn't as athletic anymore, but these are point blank shots.
