Batum woke up. Shamet is the Clippers secret weapon, but layups have beat Russ once again

Tough turnover for Powell there

Westbrook and Powell, smh. That’s where you miss your best player, in tight games.

Sure would be nice to have one of those stars we've paid so much money and assets for right about now.

Not sure Powell knew what he wanted to do there on defense, but they are in the bonus

Not mad a Norm and Russ. Those final minutes in a close ballgame were meant for Kawhi to do his thing close it out for us.

Russ wasn't very good tonight, but he deserves no slander at all compared to our two "stars" who don't actually play any games, or the second-worst coach in the league and his buddy Morris. At least Russ tried.

Guys did their best and made it competitive. Honestly glad the season is over, it was not fun. I'll recover from this season in Vegas this weekend lol

Proud of how this team fought the last 3 games, while our 2 max players are in street clothes as usual. Interesting offseason coming up to say the least, but I have a feeling Ty Belichick will be back, so will MMSr and all the veteran guys.

As for the Suns, they don't stand a chance against the Nuggets. It will be a quick series.

We went out fighting, Ty put them in position to win. As usual. Go ahead and fire him.

As for our scapegoats, Coach didn't quit on his peeps and they didn't quit on us:

    Batum/Morris:
    12/21, 11 rebs, 31 points

Nobody is to blame here. $90 million of the salary cap was sitting out injured and watching in street clothes.

Glad we didn't end our season with a a blowout loss. Wish we could've actually tied or taken the lead, just to see the Suns sweat a bit more. It's crazy we even managed to make it a one possession game after that nightmare third quarter.

Having watched Ty's press conference, he said he wants to be back next year. Despite my issues with some of his decisions over the season, just wish we got to see him coach Kawhi and PG for more than a playoff series.

Whatever ends up happening over the summer, it better not be just some small tweaks here and there.

I'm going 9 points, 7 boards, 8 fouls, 6 turnovers on 17 field goal attempts

Dead horses. It's on Zu, Mann and Norman. Maybe Bones. Anyone under 30.

FINAL REPORT:
Zu: 14 and 10
Mann: 10 and 5, team-high plus+11
Norman: 27 points

Bones: 9 points, plus/minus = 0

best I can do :dontknow:
the under-30s came through

the Suns had 2 and probably 3 Hall of Famers out there

I know people will disagree but this series is the reason why I think having someone like Pat Bev is so important. I know PG and Kawhi are supposed to have the big assignments, but I don't think Devin Booker averages 40 basically, if Pat Bev is on him. Even if he does score he wouldn't have looked so comfortable. It's strange because a lot of our wing players are known as good defenders but they did nothing on their perimeter players all series. Again, not to absolve the highest paid players but I'd love to see an a+ defender on the team.
