Zo realizing he passed him up for 3rd greatest Heat player of all time

Are we sure? Zo had back to back top 3 MVP finishes (2nd one year) and played here for 11 years.

Longevity would help but we’ve seen this level of play only from 2 guys in Heat history

You think Butler would be considered top 3ish most valuable player in the late 90s? I'm not sure. Although his game fits pretty well in that era.

Jimmy has a better jump shot than Wade. Convince me otherwise.

So do we add this to the list of playoff games for Bam that are better than any we ever saw from Bosh? 20-10-10-2-1 with a team high +17 in a 2 point win while completely shutting down the most dominant player in the league in the 4th quarter and OT shooting 0-8 in a massive 16 point comeback win?

Beal is a huge upgrade over Herro although I'd rather see more of a 2-way player brought in vs a mostly one way player. I'm not sure who else could be available that Miami could get, I think Dame stays in Portland one more year. Beal could go back into main option mode for the first 3 1/2 quarters and get back to scoring nearly 30 a night in Miami.

That would be a massive mistake. That contract is ugly, he can never be healthy and frankly is overrated. With the heavy penalties for being over tax the line in new CBA, you gotta go after a guy thats more proven and reliable if you are taking a big contract. I think Herro gets traded but I wouldn't do it for Beal in any circumstance

Well, I'd make sure to move also move Robinson in the trade too. Something around Herro, Lowry and Robison for Beal and Gafford(since they're extending KP).

You gotta take what you can for consistent scoring to go along with Butler and Bam, take a shot with some low priced 3pt shooters and the rest being defenders.

I doubt it because he goes like 40% in the RS compared to what we see in the playoffs lol

Shout out to Kevin Love who is still in the postseason, while his Cav teammates are not. Smart choice!

Hopefully I'll wake up to good news.

I may just sleep through all of our big games from now on. It's probably better for my blood pressure. Man I would hate to be a Bucks fan right now. That team had no business losing to this team, and yet here we are. We better not lose to the ducking Knicks ... again.
