Isn't the score 3-1? I'd hardly call that barely beating them. The Clippers are a very good team and they'd probably beat the Warriors if they had Kawai- let alone Paul George.
The Warriors aren't as good as last year, even with Wiggins back. They've gotta get through the Kings, Denver and the Suns- all without home court.
The Ace up their sleeve is obviously Curry, but this is a monumental task for him to carry them all the way again.
Hope my opinion doesn't hurt your feelings too much.
I suspect the poster doesn't mean 3-1. It's the fact that a broken clippers team has made a game of it in 2 of the 3 losses. Not many teams can compete if they lose their 2 best players
I mean the score is 3-1 ultimately for the Suns. We arent going to remember it as a tough series if it goes 4-1 regardless.
We can also say the Warriors are lucky to have tied the series being down 2-0 to a first time playoff team who's best players are Fox and Sabonis with Malik Monk and Keegan Murray as absolutely crucial players...not exactly a juggernaught. They have Alex Len and Trey Lyles as part of their 8/9 man rotation.
Does anyone believe the Warriors are anywhere near as good as last year?
