i think that was part of it initially but Giannis going down and us losing is probably the biggest factor. that, and the fact that it's a Wednesday game that is getting closer and closer, are also big factors. the prices were always going to drop, it's not much different from the regular season.

First round weekdays have been cheaper than a lot of regular season games the last couple of years. Fans have limited cash flow per month saving up later rounds (even though they dropped $1xx on a random Saturday night in February)

An 8PM weeknight start, which will likely be more like 815pm is not helping either. Glad I sold it early. Game 5 are not moving much yet either. Hopefully a win tonight will spur some action as I can't go the next couple weeks.

Any buyers remorse in next year... Yikes. Hopefully have a splash in summer/off-season.

Not at all. Many of these guys played key parts in our first championship in 50 years. But something is clearly broken.

Edit: Thought you meant for the run in general. I stopped decided to not renew when they raised my upper level seats by 50%. Right before covid hit. Very good decision.

Definitely but I knew it was a poor decision at the time. I'm the 4th of 4 seats and I can afford a single seat. I'm going try to unload as many as I can as I know i will be able to get $30 lower bowl at tip and bring my kid instead for the same price as my face.

So you have to sell a single seat every game or does someone in your group generally buy it? Do you have to split the perks or does each seat have their own points? I should look into splitting but I'm selfish and want the extras for myself and/or don't want to split playoff games.

My buddy has 3 under his name. I have 1 under my name. I got full benefits and in the past could buy extra tickets for the playoffs - neither of us were able to buy extra slips this year. It is a pain in the ass for stuff like switching seats, having to swap tickets from eachothers account. It was worth it previously to have extra playoff tickets but not anymore especially since i got screwed on my benefits. (Speaking of which I had a $50 F&B credit assuming i could use in round 2....)

I usually either go as a single (i dont mind it plus half the time i know the other 3 tickets) or trade him games for pairs.

Sounds like Coyotes are all but done in Arizona, what do you think the realistic chances are that Milwaukee makes a run at the NHL franchise?

Pros are the new arena is in place obviously. I do think the market would be excited and believe Admirals do well.

Cons are I don't know if Bucks want it and/or can this market support 2 winter pro teams. We are a small market with fans likely having to decide Where to spend their money. Blackhawks may block it to the best of their ability.

I have been into NHL alot lately and would consider jumping season tickets if price was comparable.

I think it's easily Houston in terms of where they would land. Milwaukee is maybe 6th or 7th on the list.

We would only get an NHL team if the Bucks owners bought a team and moved it here. Very unlikely.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I still think they try to make it work in Arizona somehow, but Houston is a huge market so definitely think that's a landing spot.

If we were to get an NHL team it would increase the odds of the Bucks leaving in 15 to 20 years.

Went yesterday. Basically if you are XXL or bigger you will find some awesome deals. Otherwise, $15 tshirts and hats, winter caps. lots of those (though may dwindle as the days go by) They had very limited 2023 playoff stuff under $10. Free giveaway items were mostly $10.

I ended up buying a white bucks belt $10, a playoff hat $7 (Didnt say 2023), 2 2023 toddler shirts ($5/piece), a Bucks 2021 coffee table book ($5- they had hundreds), a flex fit '47 hat ($15), and a quarter small zip ($20 - only non tshirt below $30 for small/medium that I could find). Dropped $75 but honestly probably wouldn't go if I knew what they had prior to getting there.

They had a lot of other stuff on 'clearance' but I'm too cheap pay $70 for a top even if 66% off. Majority of hats are also flat brim. As someone in their mid-30s accountant, I do not have the confidence to pull it off.

ETA: Went right when it opened yesterday at noon due to a meeting at 1. There was a guy who was maybe 5th in line out of 25 people total. I guess he had a metal hip and couldnt go through the metal detector. They didn't have a wand ready or a backup way to check, so security guy walkie talkies someone to ask for a wand. Guy loses his ****. I was five people back so I didn't see it start, but as I got to the front I thought dude was joking with the security guard and giving him crap as a joke (as if he knew the guy from games or something). Nope, he was being a total dick about waiting a minute of two to buy Bucks junk on a poor guy just trying to do his job. So message of the day if you made it this far, if you ever feel wronged while in line, breath for 10 seconds, chill, and really analyze if this inconvenience is worth crapping on someone and then move on with your life.

Any thoughts on the schedule? Seems like there should be some games of value. I tossed half mine out there on TickPick this year. I got annoyed with StubHub and having to send screenshots at various points because the buyers would lose track of their emails. Im worried TickPick less traffic but hoping maybe less annoying too. I like TickPick alot for MLB, find good deals and pretty straightforward as a buyer. Ticket Exchange is the easiest but tickets aren’t available yet.

I think I have yet another new rep. I dont even know what benefits Im getting this year. Have not seen much come across my inbox but also is slow part of the year. I thought there was going to be more STH events. We shall see.

So did they take 1 home game from us for the in-season tournament? I only count 40 home games this year. I did not see that addressed at all but maybe I missed it.

i got an email reminding me of the resale policy (can't sell more than 1/3 of the tickets on ticketmaster). going to assume that's just a formality as i've sold greater than 80% of my tickets every year i've had them and nothing has happened.

Every team got scheduled 80 games to start
