So if we win it all this year is it even going to count? The Bucks didn't get to play us because....all of them weren't able to play?

Philly harder to beat than Miami right now.

You can’t put anything past this celtics team. They have let you down so many times.

Heat capitalized and took advantage of every mistake milwaukee made. Spo as always is an unbelievable coach and Jimmy was great. Series is much different Imo If Giannis is fully healthy and active every game. Let them and Knicks beat the hell out of each other now.

TCB tonight against Atlanta and then it’s Philly. The Celtics not getting to the finals with this path would be a disaster. One series at a time but that’s just facts.

Guys I apologize for being a moron, can someone explain why the Heat and Knicks play each other? Why wouldn’t we get the heat *IF* we advance?

Not like I wanted it anyway, I’d rather face Doc Rivers.

The NBA doesn’t re-seed, once the brackets are set, they’re set and the advancing teams will continue on the path of whatever side of the bracket they’re on.

The bucks elimination feels like fake, like a dream, I still can't believe it.

The path to the finals should be relatively easy and easier than last year, If in this situation we can't reach it the team has to change a lot of things, mainly mazzulla and an upgrade in the starting lineup, even reaching it likely would be better do it seeing what is happening.

Thank you.

I assume it’s always been this way, and I just got it confused with football.

PO Brackets go like this

1 vs 8
4 vs 5
3 vs 6
2 vs 7

Then to

1/8 vs 4/5
2/7 vs 3/6

It's to put the 1 and the 2 seeds on the opposite sides so that they meet in the conference finals instead of earlier. So in this current playoffs, the "8th" seeded Heat face the 5th seed Knicks. Remember, the Heat lost their first play-in game and won their second. That put them as the playoff 8th seed despite having a better record than the Hawks.

Nooo

I'm just saying that they have a history of doing so and they're also still scary without them. Play the Knicks, win in 6 and go to the finals.

Am I the only one that thought Giannis answer was a joke? Dude is getting praised for that **** when it was obviously a massive failure of a season. They didnt win a single game that he played in, dude missed 13 ft’s yesterday and Butler handed him his ass.

LOL.

It doesn't matter you win or lose. What matters is the lessons you learn and friends you make along the way.

Milwaukee out, but I always felt Golden State and Phoenix are our biggest matchup problems. Two teams with experienced shotmakers that will cause us headaches.

Been thinking about Giannis. He's kind of a weird case because he's an MVP and DPOY, but he isn't a go-to guy in crunch time and doesn't guard the other team's best player. I was going to type much more but that's the gist of my thought lol.

Another thing... Jimmy is rightfully getting massive praise for killing the Bucks, but it was killing me how Bud never threw double teams at him. The dude is a beast but there are plenty of guys who can kill you if you let him play one on one and never make an adjustment to slow him down. Very weird imo.

KAT and Timelord could work better than KAT + Gobert due to Timelord's better mobility and passing.

I'm in the same boat, was gonna point out that the mere presence of Semi Ojeleye used to bother him, it probably wouldn't be a fair observation but there's something there.
