Got 3 days off to rest. Not bad. They should beat the sixers but they have to play better defense.

This is probably the best offense we will face in the east. Obviously we will face much better defensive teams

Cs better off facing teams good on defense and average on offense.

The Nuggets are going to be a problem.

We FINALLY gave him different looks with higher ball pressure, some shows and double teams. It won't always work but my god it frustrated me that we didn't do this earlier.

down the stretch brown, smart and Tatum came through. Big blocks by the jays. I was killing horford earlier in the night but he showed up late in the game - I got on Tatum too for being a bit lackadaisical in my mind but in the end he asserted himself as the best player on the court.

Still some question marks with mazz but that’s gonna be there all year, like our matchup with Philly. Celtics in 6.

Tatum finally showed some emotion after that rebound dunk late in the 4th.

That was his Kobe face imitation.

Celtics long time vets Tatum, Brown, Smart and Horford came up big like you would expect the leaders to do.

Joe will just have to learn on the fly. I love how they adjusted after Smart missed two wide open threes. Next possession, same setup, but Smart knifed through the middle instead of waiting for the pass outside the arc. They did it again after with much success.

Yea it will be a trial by fire for him…just hoping we are talented to win in spite of it. Won’t get ahead of myself but in particular down the road against that coach in south beach if that ever came to fruition. Although that guy has the coaching advantage in just about every series.

I really just wanna see this team continue to push off turnovers and rebounds….we killed the hawks with it in games 1&2 and against Philly they do not have the speed to keep up with us. Also double big against Philly in certain situations is very applicable particularly with tucker - you can throw rob on him as tucker just parks himself in the corner which will allow him to roam.

Doing so takes away the smaller line up so joe will have to be picky.

I’m going to make a big call.

The Philly series will be easier than the Hawks series.

Book it.

This series highlighted the loss of Damon Stoudamire. He was the #2 guy and I can imagine he made Joe's life easier.

If Joe is going to work as a long-term HC, he needs a real staff around him imo

Maybe, but I still think it's going 6 at least. I would be surprised if we beat them in less. Unless Embiid isn't healthy enough to play like an MVP.

I think it’s 6, but the games won’t be as close.

The good news is this could be the hardest team to beat.

Philly is not as athletic as Atlanta and NY or Miami is just not talented enough to beat the Cs.
