Kudos Kings fans, Mike Brown did way better than I thought he would. You all have a lot to be proud of, pushing that series to 7 is way more than I thought. Just keep building on the season.

Keep, Keep, Keep, Treadmillish

They won’t ever do anything in playoffs with Sabonis at centre. Murray looks really good but dare say they massively overachieved and may drop back down to earth next season so would have them as Keep, Keep, Keep, Treadmill.

I thought GS in 4-5. Kings impressed me pushing it to 7. They have a really nice, young squad. Just keep building.

A few clear holes in the roster that need to be filled but there's a lot to build off. Need some length and defense on the wing and a backup big that can provide some rim protection and rebounding.

1. Put Sabonis in gym with shooting coach all summer

2. Put everything into finding floor stretching and defending big to put Sabonis at the 4 where he belongs

3. Try to upgrade from Barnes if you can, but #2 is more important and should take priority

4. Continue developing young players, who will all be better next year

That's all.

This year was a big step forward and a confidence builder. Figuring out how to take that next step to build on an amazing year will a task that I'm interested in seeing how they approach. Sabonis and Fox are definitely the big pieces they are building around. They'll need further growth from Mitchell and Murray. Monk stepped it up at times this year and became a very useful role player. Will they resign Barnes and basically run it back, hoping for internal improvement and a better playoff matchup next year?

Sorry Kings fans, but this is why everyone wanted to play you in the playoffs. The Kings had a great year though, let's see how next year goes!

Sabonis couldn't take the heat. The Kings should get somebody who won't fold when it matters.

Need to pair Sabonis with an athletic defensive big. Doesn't have to even be a star.

A Mitchell Robinson or Robert Williams would do the trick. It all comes down to what sort of assets are they willing to give away for one of those.

Great season, and they got there faster than anyone expected. They really are one piece away from being a true contender.

Sabonis looked super suspect at the euro championships last summer. Was not a difference maker at all.

In this series he looked like Ben simmons in terms of jump shots. If he adds a shot or floater he'll be a menace in the POs but right now he's just a nice stats all star with low playoff impact.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

I’m gonna make a bold prediction: This was a one year wonder season for the Kings. Now they will go back to sucking next season. Foolishly thinking that regular season Sabonis will carry over and Monk will go back to being inconsistent again.

Back to the lottery you go Kings. See you guys in another 15 years.

Pretty harsh. And lacking much logic or evidence. But, if that's just you saying what your gut says, ok.

These posts usually come from fans of Western competitors. Not going to look at your post history to see which team

The team has been together for one year and the entire core (Barnes is gone) is 26 or younger
