I think the right play here is to rest Jimmy's ankle in game two, you already got the split, you play him at 70% and that ankle could take longer to heal, and your risking of just getting a 75-80% Jimmy for a couple of games or even the whole series. Instead you rest Jimmy game two, and we have 4 days until Saturday's game. You get Jimmy back at 90-95% for game three which should be enough to beat this team.

The right thing is to see where the ankle is on Tuesday although they will have a good idea today. At this point they're not going to risk Butler's health after how they handled him and his knee this past season; they'll make the right call even if it's Butler playing and limiting himself on what he does on the court.

Could potentially be a good thing for us if Randle is back, at least for the first game. There's an adjustment period when a guy has missed as many games as he has, and their offense will have to adjust to running thru him rather than Brunson. But he could also light us up like he hasn't missed a beat lol...
