It generally is, cause you assume that they just made some tough shots. Celtics get dunks and layups though, with this kind of defence from us I won't be surprised if Boston shoots 65%+ for entire game.

It shows you how valuable Embiid is in the paint defensively. Tatum is probably closer to 6'9 than 6'7. He's not that much smaller that Reed . Reeds presense in the paint although he's active is not a deterrent for him like Embiid is. He's also put on enough muscle mixed with his size that bulkier guys like tobi and tucker can't press him.
