Bad signs:

Defense, in his entirety.
A lot of the defense problem is Harden just sleeping, Tobias is really not trying out there too
Jalen McDaniels is not working out there
Over-helping is letting shooters open
We're ball-watching too much and cutters are doing whatever they want
Maxey is not getting his normal shots

We should try more zone and less switching

Just gotta pressure them, and switch between zone frequently. The penetration was to really issue, the zone helped somewhat. They are literally just pushing right into the paint

Yea but Melton has 17pts at the half 3/4 from 3. That's what kept us close. Gotta get other guys going and lock up the paint some how. Maybe play McDaniels more next to Reed to offer more help around the rim.

They're switching him out of the paint constantly and we can't get him back into the middle. Maybe need more zone or keep him in drop.

Maxey is passing up too many open 3's to try to drive, which isn't working. His best attribute against the Celtics' length and athleticism is just spamming 3's whenever they go under the screen.
