It's a case by case scenario. He could be keeping it loose and stretched while strengthening or he could be tiring it further and should be held out further.

Jimmy officially got a Q tag in the injury report. Probably will be a true GTD.

Im thinking he gives it a go.

If he walking around NY he’s good to go , imagine walking on a bad ankle with all this potholes and rats around

Walking is part of the rehab actually.

Yea. Walking is low impact, high reps

If no structural damage then its ok

If there's unhealed damage then uh oh

Based on how we looked I can see how one can say we were coasting, but at the time it just felt like we sucked.

I guess there’s some truth to it since Jimmy & Lowry are two key pieces who coasted and have locked in since the playoffs started which sets an example for the rest.

I think it's pretty much settled at this point that Jimmy switches gears when he wants to and when your best player is "coasting" (with good reason considering his health and age) it's gonna set an example.

Certainly also seems to be the case with Lowry.

Im trying to think which was the last championship team that coasted and flipped a switch in the playoffs to win a ring.

Lakers with Shaq coasted a bit

Spurs, OGs of the maintenance program, are a worthy shout

Hell, start Haslem lol

No... it's the playoffs, always give yourself a chance.

And if Jimmy sits then this team has next to no shot without Herro to generate enough scoring to be competitive against a team like NY so I'd also rest other key players who are dealing with ailments.

Notice how we no longer rely on Bam to help carry the offensive load? It's the right approach moving forward to prevent frustration. Like i said if Riles, Spo, Jimmy & the Org is ok w/ it then we can't possibly expect it.

Speaking of Bam Bam. I still expect him to do things he's more than capable of but unwilling to cos he's a p*ssy.

Just saw Jimmys IG stories. You can see him walking barefoot in his hotel room, his ankle looks fine, not swelled. And then he goes walking around NYC to shop.

Not as bad as we feared.

Prob doesn't. Gives less excuses for any poor approach or performance.

I don't want to mess with what's working with BAM, all world defense from him, exert all that energy there. Get putbacks, rim runs, and occasional open mid range or drive through an open lane. Continue to be an opportunist scorer and play more minutes at point center, bring the ball down, setup our cutters for easy scores, spam some DHO's for our shooters. Putting a smooth 18-10-5-1-1 on 60FG% is his bread and butter at the moment and its leads to wins. Lets not force something that just isn't there.

I think Jimmy plays. That ankle looks good judging by the instagram photos. Lets end them!

Were in control of our own destiny to be honest.
Game 5 in Milwaukee I said the refs will come on strong for Milwaukee since they want to keep the #1 seed in the playoffs and extend the series, however if we pull away and keep grinding through the game they would let off the whistle at some point and let basketball Gods decide. Which is exactly what happened, they kept them in it with the whistle come the 4th quarter they let us play our game finally.

What we cannot do is start the game 15 points back, because they will reward the more aggressive team and keep us from getting back into it.

I was told Jimmy's ankle was looked at after film review this morning he still has some swelling. Was not allowed any work during team workout. The medical staff will revisit it later in the afternoon around 5pm. Practice had Caleb playing the Jimmy role.
