It wasn't a bad shot to me, I would have taken a dribble to make it a better shot with all that space and time though. I guess you could argue he aint Curry but he's hit that type of shot b4. :dontknow:

I didn't watch these two games, but Lakers free throws differential since that blown call (Tatum on Lebron) has been historic. 10 to 15 free throws more every game is like a cheat code.

Maybe the fact that the NBA is profiting from the betting business has something to do with this?

I get the revenue helps the league which helps the fan, but I’ll admit I don’t love the increased gambling aspect of all major sports today. I understand it’s always been there, but the in your face aspect of it seems different.

If they're pushing for certain outcomes, IMO it's because they need these playoffs to have good ratings before new TV deal negotiations. Celtics - Lakers would be ideal for them.

I do think that being bombarded with gambling adds 24-7 is out of order.

All these series are wet dreams for Silver and the owners.

You have a mix of historic rivals and superstars battling each other and it’s only round two. The ratings are going to be massive IMO

Over the last 30 years, only 2 times has the regular season scoring leader made the playoffs but not been top 10 in playoff PPG

So now along with Nick Nurse you have 2 of the biggest crybaby coaches out on the butts. Hope both find new jobs,... in the Western conference.

Surprised it took so long... even without Giannis for a few games, there is no way they should've lost in 5 to Miami. I really wish we didn't extend Mazzula. Nurse would be perfect for this team.

I catch myself rooting for them both to lose while watching the game. Idk what the hell I want. These are the two teams by far I want to lose before reaching the finals. Just go 7 and make it entertaining and I'll root against the winner next round.

The Nuggets are going to absolutely WASH either of these teams in the WCF.

The certainly wasn't the Lakers in the WCF looking at some of the calls they're making in this game.
