I’m taking Bosh. I really don’t care what the analytics or stats say, Bosh was a terrific PnR defender and a revolutionary stretch 5 who sacrificed his game for the betterment of the team. He’s a HoFer. No shame in Bam not quite measuring up - he’s a great player, an All-Star, but at this stage in his development he’s not on Bosh’ tier IMO.
He’s still young, so we’ll see what happens. Only just entering his prime.

I added a poll and posted. Had no clue you posted it to the GB.
The rest of y'all on here have to participate in the thread for it to gain traction.
I can't. I'm banned from that board (and would rather stay that way).
Also right now I don't feel like sticking up for Edrice. We needed him to step up, and instead of star player we got PJ Brown.

Your strikes are old af. Nah, send an Account Review to Howard Mass in PM. You may be able to get a clean slate and I'll endorse you. You're a great poster. Just report trolls, avoid personal attacks, and sweeping generalizations about fanbases on the general board and you won't sniff another strike. The General Board is in a different era from the days of tsherkin; who also banned me from the GB (and now I'm a mod there, lol). We try to resolve conflicts when they arise unless the rules are blatantly broken.
In the spoiler below is the explanation and process of an account review; I suggest you don't come off like an **** or play victim. Just be accountable for past actions in the review, because HM shows us all when it's time to make a decision.

Not that it's a shock - Bam got raped on Gb post. Fanboy quite as a church mouse.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Toronto Bosh would eat Bam any day of the week.
Bosh is 2x a player and this is coming from a Bam fan.

GB was just a bunch of opinion based stuff with no actual argument or anything to back it tbh. Like I said they’re both great players in the role and hard to go wrong there but if you add a poll obviously Bosh will get the votes due to being loved by the raptors and now Heat fans love him now that he isn’t here anymore.
All that being said, if I put Player A vs Player B as the options without name recognition Bam is winning that every time lol.
3ball, you gotta stop obsessing over me lol. It’s weird as fuxk.

But would he? We’ve seen Bosh killed by the Hubert’s Wests etc. of the world and none of them are near the defender Bam was.
People forget Bosh was that Heat teams scapegoat like Bam currently is.

No one was talking about Raptors Bosh. The discussion was about Heat Bosh.
And no, Raptors Bosh was not the scoring machine that people remember. He had one lone 24 ppg season as his high water mark. Most of his other years he was hovering around 22.5 ppg while playing more minutes per game and taking more shots than Edrice does here.
Bosh's last 4 years in Toronto vs Edrice's last 4 years:

Of course after the last game I want to punch myself in the face for bringing this up.

No, the pace of the game when Bosh was in Toronto was 6-8 possessions less than now and points per game were mostly sub 100 because of less space during Bosh's time in Toronto. Him dropping in nearly 1/4 of his team's points per game is being a monster, that would equate to ~28 ppg now.
The reason why this was Bosh during his Heat years was because he had to limit his game to fit in with LeBron and Wade, so you didn't get to see what Bosh could really do most of the time.
I like Bam, but he's nowhere near as offensively diverse or as good on offense as Bosh was.
Bosh was stuck playing with this guy in Toronto...
(wow did that take a while to find)

Yeah he was stuck playing with a bunch of losers in Toronto. That's why he had no competition for shots. People want to compare Bosh in an role designed for him to score ... with Edrice playing a complementary role on offense almost all the time. And even then the gap just isn't that big.
But again, the comparison was Heat Bosh to Edrice now. Both 3rd bananas, and the offensive production just isn't very significant.
And certainly not large enough to explain the affection that Heat fans have for one vs the other.
