The sad part is this team is good enough to win the championship but the coach isn't. No TO Joe is going to cost us the big one I'm afraid.

Replace Joe with anyone you consider a top-10 coach in the league and imagine the possibilities.

In my opinion, this core of Smart, Brown and Tatum were always kinda dumb. Basketball wise. I think the coach who allowed them to figure it out themselves at the end of a key playoff game is even dumber than them.

This. Jaylen and Marcus in particular really need to have things laid out for them and if you’re not doing that, we’ll just constantly be disorganized.

Should Jaylen know not to double off Harden all on his own? Probably, but this has been a recurring mistake for him. Soo

I also felt like we missed rob on so many cuts to basket, on dump offs to the basketball and him beating sixers down the court…hard to rely on him but there was opportunities for him to get easy buckets we missed

Of course we won’t hear about how the coach screwed up. If brad was coaching, as he should be, they are in the second round right now.

If the Celtics could grab a defensive rebound it likely would be 3-1 right now.

That’s BS. Rebounding is part of the game. What the coach can influence is time. Call a timeout. Advance the ball. 16 seconds, 2 timeouts, we didn’t get a shot off. That is head coach malpractice.

I'm just concerned this team doesn't have the killer instinct to put teams away. We saw this last year in the playoffs and we're seeing it now.

I know that 2008 team have issues in the first two rounds but at least they took care of business at home which is something this team simply can't do.

As bad as Joe is this isn't all on him. Tatum no show to the first half, Boston missed 14 out of 15 shots at one point, they couldn't grab a rebound and for some reason Brown thought it was a good idea to double team Embiid

It is absolutely never one reason. So yes it is not all on Joe.. But again I ask a question is he actually an asset to this team winning a title..

Joe can accept a demotion to assistant. I don't think any teams are lining up to hire him at HC at this point.

Not the first time JB incorrectly helps off the corner when the only shot that can beat you is a three. Instead of winning your 3rd game, series is unnecessarily extended again.

But I don't understand why Al wasn't on Embiid in that final defensive play when he had success in the 4th and OT mostly single-covering him.
