KAT likely to not return to Minnesota. Would love to get him as KAT is one of the few C's who we could surround Scottie/Pascal with that would really open the offense.

They summed up how I feel about our redundancy with our roster.

I've come around to an Embiid vs Jokic finals that would be fun. I love Jimmy but that team aint it. When AD is on he might be my favourite player to watch. Him or Kawhi. But like Kawhi can AD stay healthy. Lakers and Heat both could be duds.

Golden State is my most hated team. Honestly watching all the moving screens and obvious fouls that were not called last night, it is just how things go with that team when they play at home. I think I saw like four Laker guys get hit on the head and no calls were made on Warriors, including the free head shot Looney got that took AD out of the game. It likely changes the whole series and no one will go there because of the Steph love affair makes everyone look the other way on their dirty play.

I'd rather the Celtics win over GSW. Never thought I'd type those words.

For those hoping for a brown/siakam+ swap....it seems like Pascal and Tatum would have a similar overlap problem no?

If the celtics make a move to address overlap....seems likelier for them to go after a more extreme difference between skill sets that you'd end up with siakam/Tatum. Off the top of my head...someone like zion or Trae. A COMPLETELY different skill set from Tatum.

Not saying I wouldn't welcome it though. Fred/brown/og/scotty/poetl is a much better balanced roster than what we currently have. With fred serving as player/coach...we would also have the tactical edge over any team we face.

I just can't see why the celtics would do that.

Nah because Tatum is a 3 level scorer that operates at the perimeter.

Siakam operates more so in the post and free-throw line.

These next two nights of ball are gonna be great. I'm hoping for 4 game sevens.

Would we have to pay him the super max? If so, that’s a no for me. Lol.

IIRC reading trade ideas I don't think the super max applies to a player traded.

This Timelord/Horford adjustment reminds me of when Nurse pivoted to starting Ibaka and Gasol in that Sixers series.

I can't help but thinking if that was OG and the Raptors defending Harden on that three attempt instead of Tatum that's a foul.

Tatum is a superstar and OG is a role player. So of course.
