This game will come down to which team is more inspired and driven by its own narrative -- does Boston's narrative of getting back to the championship and winning it this time overcome the Sixers' narrative of being sick of getting eliminated in the second round and wanting that to change? It'll have to do that for them to win on the Sixers' home court in this particular kind of game. Boston needs to situate this game within a view of itself as "we're getting a second go round at the championship this year no matter what," whereas the Sixers need to situate it within a view of themselves as "we're not getting eliminated in the second round again."

The stronger motive will win. Boston has a slight emotional edge in this one in my opinion because their backs are against the wall, whereas the Sixers know they can lose the game and still win the series.

Thinking about it, Starting Rob was the right move for Joe.
1- nothing is working for them
2- its the “i did everything” move
3- Celts are familiar to playing them than us

But imagine what happens if it fails miserably?
