Fitting that Steph had his James Harden game in a loss

Draymond: FA (33 years old and declining)
Klay: Final Year of Contract (33 years old and making noise about a MAX extension)
Poole: 4 year extension hits (Looks like a significant overpay)

Steph is now a 35 year old who hasn't played 70 games in a season since 2017, 65+ only once in that time.

I don't want to be dramatic and say that their Dynasty is over if they lose tonight. But you can finally see the cracks forming with the big 3, and Draymond's FA is going to be very interesting as well as seeing if they can flip Poole for value. I also get the feeling that the Klay FA stuff is going to cloud the Warriors next year as he is always talking about respect but the Warriors may have to go in another direction.

So while I could see the Warriors re-tooling around Steph and returning to contender status as Steph is just that good offensively, I really do think this might be the last chance for the Warriors to win a title behind their 3-headed Steph/Dray/Klay monster. The FA's of both Draymond and Klay are looming and going to force the Warriors' FO into making tough decisions.

You can never count out the Warriors. They've been back from down 1-3 before. Their shooting makes it possible. But I'm thinking they'll need another "Rescue Us Steph" type of game to win tonight to keep the season alive.

Seems like his 3 point percentage tanks in that arena.

He actually kills the Clippers but not the Lakers at Staples. I think the lighting change might be a factor here.

He didn't have a good series against Lakers, though he wasn't bad either. He didn't shoot anywhere near his usual, neither did Klay moreso. He was good overall in the playoffs. He's still a star and likely will be so for at least another two years and really is pushing for top 15 ever.

Steph almost always has that 1 explosion per series that boosts his series averages but game to game hes never been close to the level of playoff performer ppl desperately try to put him in company of. 19 Raptors is one best examples i remember being stunned at how good his numbers were b/c he didnt seem that great throughout and couldnt hide on defense either but then you remember he had a 47,8,7 game and then you understand why even tho he played mid most series and had a real problem w/ Fvv matchup his averages look good

This year it was Kings game 7 he exploded and was incredible that game but had an up and down series. Was straight up bad in games 2 and 6 always has 1 or 2 smelly stinkers. Fox was playing him to a standstill at least most series specially before game 7. His defense almost always liability and needs to be protected and thankfully for him has w/ some of most loaded defensive rosters of any alltimer specially playing his whole career with an alltime best of his era defender. He usually has luxury of hiding on offensive liabilities too and Denver with no Murray,Mpj and G league guard rotation and Memphis w/ Ja out and injured made life easier for him. Mavs as well havin 3&d players he can hide on. He didnt have that luxury against La after Ham benched Vando and Lakers were trotting out lineups where Schroder,Reaves,Dangelo or Lonnie all played w/ Bron and Ad and he couldnt hide on defense like many of his incredible defensive rosters and an offensive liability on opponents team affords him the chance to

Against La that explosion was game 5 but w/ how badly he was targeted on defense he didnt have the gas to close it. He was still best player on the floor that game not taking away from him but a player we all know wouldnt get the same lac of criticisms and excuses made in similar faults b/c no one outside some deranges stans and a fanbase thinks hes anywhere in the vicinity of said player. Hes had some bad defensive series before but Lakers one mightve been his worst ever. Wasnt just Bron either likes of Reaves, Dangelo, Lonnie all torched him.

Overall he had a decent playoffs nothing special. Def not bad but not great either. Jalen Brunson has been the best point guard these playoffs easily
