I think Philly figured the Celtics out; I would not mind seeing the Celtics lose because it would just solidfy that after seven seasons, JT/JB is not going to work. JB needs his own team; why not come to Brooklyn and dominate? That JB expiring will look good.
Depending on what lens you look at, we held Philly to lower points; the O just wasn't clicking and we need a 1-2 scoring punch. Perhaps, just perhaps, we do end up getting that this Summer, that should fix our O.
I'm not sure why would you say JB/JT tendom is a faild experiment unless we talking cap repercussions. Even than we have to see how Brad going to construct team around them. Compared to others I still believe they will have upper hand if we being 100.
Now if we talking about Brown wanting his own team it's another story here. Since he from down South and entertaining options in ATL/Miami, I think those teams will be problem too.
Will Marks try to trade for Brown, of course he will. Most likely doing it as we watching PO. We got 4th most assets around league according to Bob. Will we get him or the front runner, I highly doubt it.
I think NOP is a dark horse everyone sleeping on. IF AND THAT'S A BIG IF, signs up for that trade. Than NOP is clear cut favorite to get him. Langdon is that G'd up.
To be honest, I haven't followed JB situation at all since I'm not a fan of his. Will be good/OK move for my perspective. I still think he is a 2nd wheel and is beneficiary of Tatum/Saltics organization. While we need a 1A guy who can carry a team and close.
