I understand letting Harden go, but you can't just get rid of the MVP in his prime. The odds of getting anything sembling him in the next 10 years are slim to none.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Barlow/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Drummond/Bona/Broome

He gets abused on defense. He had one good game this series.

Lol, you wanted to fire him for not getting Harden the first time, now that he got Harden he's bad because he got Harden.

People complain about Morey but he was able to put great casting around Joel and Harden and he drafted Maxey.

At the end of the day the team has to be responsible

The Harden trade didn't work out, he's supposed to know more than a message board poster. His free agent signings have been terrible, his trades haven't gotten the Sixers over the hump. He was brought here to do that. He hasn't. Sports is a results oriented entity.

I'd love to hear one argument for why he should keep his job. The Sixers accomplished just as much with Elton Brand. Elton Brand's best trade was better than Morey's. So why should Brand have lost his job but not Morey?

Letting Jimmy Butler go.

That was not an Elton Brand decision. Brand wanted to keep him. Brand told Embiid Butler was coming back(I heard that from a good source). Brett Brown and ownership drove that decision.

At this point I'm more worried that Harden will opt-in as opposed to leaving us in free agency. He's been a total disaster today.

Everyone gets abused on defense. Atleast he cares and is efficient on offense

Why not? we got rid of MCW just after he won ROY, it's just wanting to do it, nothing more.

Then Brand should have fired Brett Brown or resigned.

Brand traded for Tobias, let Butler walk, gave Tobias one of the worst contracts in the league and signed Al Horford. Morey had to fix Brand's mess, our PG from the bench that year was Raul Neto....are you serious?

He somehow got Seth Curry for a guy who barely can play on the Pelicans and was able to move Horford after one year for fricking Danny Green.

We never had flexibility and the only reason we could sign guys last year was because Morey lobbied Harden to lower his salary, under any other circumstances Harden would be rocking one of the worst contracts in the league right now.

I don't know why you hate the guy and have such passion about firing him, you don't even watch games

I think he's done fine. Would have liked Haliburton for Ben for Joel is a choker too along with Harden. He drafted Tyrese at 20. Such a steal.

The main problem with Harden was the two firsts and curry going into the deal. Surely we could have given up a little less. Other then that Im fine with it. Im more mad at PJ Tucker. We could have added a difference maker with that slot.

I’m not coming here to brag or gloat but this is why Nets fans told you all this dude Harden is a loser. He’s soft. His best shot at a title was 2021 with KD and was eyeing Philly faking injuries. Now, he can’t produce.

The Sixers are better off working out a S&T with Houston and sending him back where he belongs, he never loved the idea of leaving but just wants to coat tail without real work and grinding. Philly and Brooklyn are about hard nosed working class level basketball. That’s not him.

He’s a dude from Cali who has no understanding of our Eastern toughness of the sport.

I am truly sorry you guys are dealing with this, I wanted a quality game.

I would run this team back one more season with a new coach. If they fizzle out again then I'm tearing it down.
