Why not? we got rid of MCW just after he won ROY, it's just wanting to do it, nothing more.

I would run this team back one more season with a new coach. If they fizzle out again then I'm tearing it down.

We always say the same thing though, until it's too late and players have low value by then, it always happens (not only with this team to be fair).

You can trade Embiid next offseason.

For what it’s worth. I enjoyed the posts and opinions. A lot of knowledge shared. I tend to think in terms of glass half full optimism. Obviously changes are on the horizon. I don’t see Doc coming back.

This might of been Harden and Embiids best chance to win a championship. Game 6 at home, they let the celtics come out early with a huge lead and shrunk at the end of the game when it was close. Both have a history of coming up small in the playoffs and they do the same game 7. They are *****ng losers . How much more proof is needed.

You could've also traded Simmons after 2019, after 2020, after 2021...
The moment is now, he will be 30 and players just don't improve anymore, he's had more than enough chances and we now know who he is, it's time to cut bait.

I absolutely hate how the modern NBA punishes big men and rewards wings so much more. They make it ridiculously hard to build a championship team around a Center, dman near impossible if he doesn't have an elite wing carrying the load and its so annoying. Its like why even bother investing in an elite big when you can throw a decent one out there and they will be just fine because the Wings get all the calls, can't be touched, are allowed to mow people down, etc. /endrant
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Morey was hunting for Harden. Could've probably gotten Fox plus picks.

Rivers was great in game 7s when he had a game 7 player in Pierce. Even Garnett was known as choker before.

You get paired with choke artist players, you lose in the playoffs. Morey really believed in James.

Doc shouldn't want to return.

Jokic doesn't get the calls and he has no problem, it's just Embiid that is a fraud.

Giannis won a championship two years ago. It's possible. Joel doesnt have his midset though and never will.

I doubt they would win even if they get past Celtics.
This choke gene would magnify in the next rounds.

Springer might be our best 4th quarter scorer in losses this series.

I think this trade works for both teams. Philly gets a young rising star in return.

The Sixers are better off working out a S&T with Houston and sending him back where he belongs, he never loved the idea of leaving but just wants to coat tail without real work and grinding. Philly and Brooklyn are about hard nosed working class level basketball. That’s not him.

He’s a dude from Cali who has no understanding of our Eastern toughness of the sport.

I am truly sorry you guys are dealing with this, I wanted a quality game.

It's not like Embiid was any better though, they are both the same frauds.

But most non Sixer fans knew that. Most fans expected him to carry them similar to LeBron for Cleveland, Giannis for Milwaukee or Kawhi for Toronto. The Embiid part of not being able to do so is why Harden was there. It was more so based on health.

Harden looks really pathetic right now. Embiid never had a chance at Kyrie, Paul, KD (2), Westbrook (2), Embiid. He’s looking like a true loser. The stats look the same. The Game 7 vs Milwaukee looks the same when he was a Net. He is literally needs a real serious look at himself.

Harden should be the one leading these guys, the only man to make the Finals on the roster. He should be the leader.
